Oggi anche senza la guida di Umberto (che purtroppo ci ha lasciati troppo presto) Micael, Paolo e Denis e tutto lo staff, amministrativo e tecnico, sono al servizio del cliente in modo impeccabile. D	Diana Kosenko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnodiesel mai più. Dovevo fare la revisione e il cambio gomme della macchina dopo aver preso appuntamento una settimana prima. La segreteria al telefono mi dice che posso lasciare la macchina alle 9.00 e venire a prenderla alle 10.00. Quando arrivo il meccanico mi dice che devo venire alle 11.00 a prendere la macchina perché ci vuole 1 ora a cambiare le gomme e 1 ora a fare la revisione. Arrivo alle 11 e chiedo se posso pagare la revisione e le gomme (la macchina era già fuori) e qui scopro che si sono scordati a farmi la revisione. Invece di scusarsi addetto alla revisione in un modo arrogante mi propone appuntamento alle 11.30 (???? Avevo appuntamento alle 9, la macchina è rimasta da loro ben 2 ore) o fissare un'altro appuntamento...Sembrava una presa un giro. Ho insistito (ammetto scaldandomi vista l'arroganza) e la revisione mi è stata fatta con tanto di brontolio, come se mi facessero il piacere, dicendomi le frasi come: "Non te la faccio proprio la revisione!". Siamo andati per anni al Tecnodiesel e ci siamo sempre trovati bene (ci hanno sempre fatto revisione e cambio gomme in 1 ora) evidentemente non è più cosi. Ho annullato subito appuntamento per cambio gomme della macchina del mio marito perché non ci tornerò mai più. Gommista è bravo ma il capo del centro revisioni è molto scorretto. Se lo sbaglio era loro deve rimetterci il cliente? Eh... secondo lui si. Sconsiglio vivamente. Mal organizati e scorretti. Tecnodiesel never again. When I arrive the mechanic tells me that I have to come at 11.00 to get the car because it takes 1 hour to change the tires and 1 hour to do the overhaul. I arrive at 11 and ask if I can pay for the inspection and the tires (the car was already out) and here I find that they forgot to have me inspected. Instead of apologizing to the reviewer in an arrogant way he proposes an appointment at 11.30 (???? I had an appointment at 9, the car stayed with them for 2 hours) or make another appointment ... It seemed like a take a ride. I insisted (I admit, warming myself due to the arrogance) and the revision was made to me with a lot of grumbling, as if they did me a favor, saying the phrases like: "I don't really do the revision!". We have been going to Tecnodiesel for years and we have always enjoyed it (they have always had us overhaul and change tires in 1 hour) obviously this is no longer the case. I immediately canceled an appointment to change my husband's tires because I will never go back. Gommista is good but the head of the review center is very incorrect. If it was their mistake, should the customer lose? Eh ... according to him yes. I strongly advise against. Badly organized and incorrect.
