L	Luca Landi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivato lì decisamente insoddisfatto dall’esperienza avuta in un’altra officina in zona ho trovato sia nel ragazzo della reception che nel meccanico che ha guardato la mia auto delle persone gentilissime e professionali, in 5 minuti mi sono state date delle risposte esaustive sul problema dell’auto per quanto fosse possibile fare (visto che l’officina di prima ha fatto più danni che altro resettando gli errori senza neanche dirmi nulla). Oltre a questo, visto che per fare la diagnosi era stato solo attaccato il computer 5 minuti non mi hanno neanche chiesto 1€, non è certo da tutti comportarsi così con una persona che è solo di passaggio e quindi non un cliente che ti ritrovi in futuro. Consiglio vivamente, meno male ogni tanto si incontrano ancora persone così. In addition to this, since to make the diagnosis the computer was only connected for 5 minutes they did not even ask me for 1 €, it is certainly not for everyone to behave like this with a person who is just passing through and therefore not a customer who finds yourself in future. I highly recommend, thank goodness you still meet people like that every now and then.

L ho trovato di una onesta e professionalità particolarmente apprezzabile. Mi hanno dato una macchina di cortesia perché il lavoro si é protratto leggermente piú del previsto. Consigliato! A good treatment in my opinion! G	GIUSEPPINA LAGANA' on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tagliando Dacia Duster, 2 anni di vita, faccio presente che sento uno stridio quando freno. Dopo quattro ore vado a riprenderla. Sulla fattura oltre al cambio dell'olio sono state sostituite le pastiglie dei freni, una placchetta freno e fatta una prova su strada ( dopo tutto il lavoro). Pago ( abbastanza) e parto. Alla prima curva freno ....stridio dei freni! Chiamo, vengo invitata il giorno dopo a fare una prova su strada con il meccanico che questa volta sente miracolosamente lo stridio e mi dice: " Ah, ma questo rumore lo fa il pedale del freno!" ( Prima non l'aveva sentito). Mi viene detto di riportare l'indomani la macchina. Dopo un'ora vado a riprenderla e mi viene detto che è stata eseguita la pulizia dei freni posteriori. Alla fine mi tocca anche pagare per un loro errore di valutazione o troppa faciloneria perchè, a mio avviso, avrebbero dovuto fare prima la prova su strada e prestare più attenzione al rumore. Invece hanno subito cambiato le pastiglie ( su una macchina di due anni con pochi chilometri) e via! Non lo consiglio a nessuno! (He hadn't heard it before). I'm told to bring the car back tomorrow. After an hour I go to pick it up and I am told that the rear brakes have been cleaned. In the end, I also have to pay for their error of judgment or too much carelessness because, in my opinion, they should have done the road test first and pay more attention to the noise. Instead they immediately changed the pads (on a two-year-old car with a few kilometers) and off you go! I do not recommend it to anyone!

Dall' inizio ricevimento ho visto gentilezza e professionalità. Al ritiro della machina l'ho trovata perfetta, poi hanno fatto anche qualche ritocco in più.(che non mi aspettavo) Molto soddisfatto.
