Nulla è stato lasciato al caso.... ha anche eseguito sopraluoghi con il tecnico di fiducia al fine di verificare normative a livello regionale.... e se non fosse stato per lui avrei acquistato un altro bene con problematiche "nascoste" importanti !! GRAZIE !!
