Andrea, l'agente immobiliare che ci seguito e che ci ha presentato l'immobile, si è sempre relazionato con noi non solo in modo gentile ed educato ma soprattutto in maniera professionale e mai invadente, cercando di soddisfare ogni delucidazione che avevamo in merito all'appartamento che volevamo acquistare e che poi abbiamo acquistato. In generale tutto il team della Tempocasa di Recanati si è sempre dimostrato preparato fornendo inizialmente una brochure completa dell'immobile che avevamo in mente di acquistare per poi fornire tutto il materiale che è servito per la compravendita. Ottima comunicazione sempre veloce grazie anche all'uso di WhatsApp. Che dire, la nostra esperienza è solo che positiva. Pienamente soddisfatti. Sicuramente è un'agenzia che consiglieremo. All'inizio, sinceramente, eravamo molto scettici di concludere l'acquisto, in quanto l'immobile è molto grande e i dubbi che ci assalivano erano veramente tanti. Dopo la prima visita, l'agente, ci ha invitato in agenzia, affinché fosse possibile affrontare ogni questione e decidere come, eventualmente, formulare l'offerta. Una volta lì, abbiamo capito che eravamo capitati nel posto giusto: per le domande "tecniche" era presente un professionista che, in tempo reale, ci rispondeva con documenti e certificati; per quanto riguarda la parte economica, era presente un consulente in grado di fornire informazioni aggiornate sui prodotti offerti dalle principali banche. In sostanza, zero attese e, cosa molto rara, documenti dell'immobile disponibili ed aggiornati. Come in qualsiasi trattativa, si sono verificati dei piccoli imprevisti (non legati all'operato dell'agenzia). Gli agenti se ne sono fatti carico e nel giro di ore (non di giorni o settimane!), hanno sempre risolto. Inoltre, ci è stato permesso di effettuare più sopralluoghi dell'immobile con dei nostri tecnici di fiducia. Per concludere, possiamo affermare che l'investimento concluso sull'immobile è stato possibile solo ed esclusivamente grazie ad un Team di professionisti che, oltre all'indiscutibile fattore umano, mettono a disposizione del cliente dei servizi veri e propri. After the first visit, the agent invited us to the agency, so that it was possible to address each issue and decide how, if necessary, to formulate the offer. Once there, we understood that we had come to the right place: a professional was present for the "technical" questions who, in real time, answered us with documents and certificates; as for the economic part, it was present a consultant able to provide updated information on the products offered by the main banks. Basically, zero waiting and, very rare, documents of the property available and updated. As in any negotiation, minor unforeseen events occurred (not related to the agency's work). The agents took charge of it and within hours (not days or weeks!), They always solved it. In addition, we were allowed to carry out several inspections of the property with our trusted technicians. To conclude, we can say that the investment concluded on the property was possible only and exclusively thanks to a team of professionals who, in addition to the indisputable human factor, make available to the customer real services.
