Il signor Catena è venuto presso la mia abitazione facendo delle foto all’appartamento per l’annuncio col telefono ( davvero in maniera poco professionale). Ha pubblicato l’annuncio solo dopo alcuni mesi e ovviamente il risultanto è stato 0 contatti, 0 visite, 0 assistenza. Non mi hanno fatto mai firmare nulla. Dopo sei mesi circa mi sono stancata e ho contattato un’altra agenzia molto più seria con la quale finalmente ho intrapreso un vero percorso di vendita. Ho chiesto loro di togliere l’annuncio ma non lo hanno mai fatto (ad oggi risulta ancora pubblicato nella loro bacheca, tra l’altro con un prezzo non aggiornato), anche se l’appartamento è stato ormai venduto, ma loro ovviamente non lo possono saperlo visto che non ci siamo più sentiti. Un paio di volte ( quando ormai l’appartamento era gestito dall’altra agenzia) ci hanno contattato parlando di “gente pronta a comprare subito” ,” pronta a chiudere subito l’affare” ma ovviamente la loro professionalità anche in questo caso è stata nulla. Non consiglio a nessuno di rivolgersi a loro. Sarebbe solo una gran perdita di tempo. E pensare che la prima cosa che mi dissero prima di collaborare con loro fu: “Noi siamo gente onesta, perché lavoriamo con i nostri compensani e quando andiamo in giro lo vogliamo fare a testa alta” Hanno cambiato nome alla società ora e si chiamano “Professione Casa”, stesso indirizzo di sede. Spero per loro con un modo diverso di lavorare. Sconsigliatissimo. . Really the worst agency I have dealt with, services and assistance equal to 0. Mr. Catena came to my home taking pictures of the apartment for the announcement over the phone (very unprofessional). He published the announcement only after a few months and obviously the result was 0 contacts, 0 visits, 0 assistance. They never made me sign anything. After about six months I got tired and contacted another much more serious agency with which I finally embarked on a real sales path. I asked them to remove the ad but they never did (to date it is still published on their wall, among other things with an outdated price), even if the apartment has now been sold, but obviously they do not they may know since we haven't heard from each other again. A couple of times (when the apartment was now managed by the other agency) they contacted us talking about "people ready to buy now", "ready to close the deal immediately" but obviously their professionalism was also in this case nothing. I don't recommend anyone to turn to them. It would just be a big waste of time. And to think that the first thing they said to me before collaborating with them was: "We are honest people, because we work with our compensators and when we go around we want to do it with our heads held high" They changed the name of the company now and are called "Professione Casa", the same address as the headquarters. I hope for them with a different way of working. Not recommended. .
