Decisamente impreparati e scortesi

TIM: se è la prima volta che chiedi la sostituzione della SIM card per una micro o nano SIM, è gratuito.
Altrimenti paghi 10 euro;
Invece, in centro Tim di Porto Recanati , mi hanno chiesto 15 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata in questo centro TIM per cambiare intestatario della sim (operazione che si risolve in pochi istanti e gratuitamente). Mi hanno chiesto 5 euro e dopo 4 giorni ancora non ho avuto il cambio di nome. Sono ritornata in negozio e mi sono sentita dire:"L'operatore che ti ha fatto il cambio è andato in ferie e si è portato con sè la pratica (tra cui fotocopie dei miei documenti)e non so quando rientra". Da denuncia!
I went to this TIM center to change the SIM holder (an operation that resolves in a few moments and for free). They asked me for 5 euros and after 4 days I still haven't had a name change.
