Da subito ho segnalato tramite video whatsapp malfunzionamenti al display lcd poiché non funziona la radio ne riproduce file video come cartoni animati neanche in firmato flashvideo e neanche tramite inserimenti sd card. Ha avuto il coraggio di ruspondermi dicendo che secondo lui il monitor funzionava bene e che in fondo si trattava di una babycar...per la serie "accontentati che è un giocattolo". Si ma pagato profumatamente e Lei non è un venditore serio perché mi ha negato l'assistenza post vendita. Deluso molto... I bought an orange Ford Ranger luxury. Non c'è ombra di assistenza, qualora serva, e la cortesia degli operatori lascia molto a desiderare. Prezzi in linea con quelli dei negozi di giocattoli. The electric bike I purchased basically is fine, but it didn't have the features they described. They are Chinese products. There is no shadow of assistance, if needed, and the courtesy of the operators leaves much to be desired. Prices in line with those of the toy stores.

Ho fatto l'acquisto ben 3 settimane prima, precisamente il 21 maggio, per gestire eventuali problemi. La macchiana è arrivata qualche giorno dopo con evidenti graffi sul cofano e il parabrezza rotto. Ho contattato subito il l'assistenza che mi ha tranquillizzato dicendo che avrebbero provveduto alla sostituzione dei pezzi immediatamente e che sarebbero arrivati in tempo per il compleanno. Ad oggi non sono ancora arrivati nonostante ripetute sollecitazioni. Alla fine ho consegnato comunque il regalo a mio nipote nonostante i difetti evidenti. Venditore poco serio e inaffidabile. Diffidate. Not recommended. I purchased an electric jeep as a birthday present for my nephew. I made the purchase 3 weeks before, precisely on May 21st, to manage any problems. The car arrived a few days later with obvious scratches on the hood and the broken windshield. I immediately contacted the assistance who reassured me saying that they would replace the pieces immediately and that they would arrive in time for the birthday. To date they have not yet arrived despite repeated requests. In the end I still delivered the gift to my nephew despite the obvious defects. Little serious and unreliable seller. Be wary.

Ottima anche l'assistenza, su l'ultimo acquisto (dicembre 2020) ho avuto un problema con la scatola motorizzata dello sterzo e anche sotto covid e feste natalizie mi hanno mandato il nuovo pezzo in pochi giorni. Venditore Serio, Cortese e Affidabile al 100%. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Sicuramente continueremo ad acquistare i loro prodotti. Una sola nota, rispondete al telefono ho fatto forse 20 telefonate, sempre la segreteria, per la mail invece rapidi. Product faithful to the description, very fast shipping times, nothing to object, everything perfect.
