★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leggo tutte recensioni positive e quindi saranno reali; la mia esperienza è che dopo telefonate, email, foto e 4 giorni passati non mi è stato possibile avere il prezzo di una bici nuova e la valutazione della mia sulla permuta, quindi felice per gli altri ma commercialmente non è un buon modus operandi.
 I read all positive reviews and therefore they will be real; my experience is that after phone calls, emails, photos and 4 days passed it was not possible for me to have the price of a new bike and the evaluation of mine on the exchange, so happy for others but commercially it is not a good modus operandi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato personale molto preparato, gentile e disponibile, oltre che professionali. Il negozio é ben fornito e ben disposto. Facilmente raggiungibile con facilità di parcheggio. Anche la propria officina a fianco é estremamente funzionale. Trattano anche l'usato.
I found the staff very prepared, kind and helpful, as well as professional. The shop is well stocked and well laid out. Easily accessible with easy parking. Even your own workshop next door is extremely functional. They also deal with used items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stelle su 5 sono il minimo, dico solo che la bici l'ho scelta e ordinata a 250km di distanza, e per altro la mattina stessa (da parte mia) è nato in problema che mi ha portato a scegliere la bici completa e non il kit telaio (come da programma,e prontamente smontato dal negozio ),e non ci sono stati problemi nel cambio all'ultimo minuto !
5 stars out of 5 are the minimum, I just say that the bike I chose and ordered 250km away, and moreover the same morning (for my part) was born into a problem that led me to choose the complete bike and not the frame kit (as scheduled, and promptly disassembled from the shop), and there were no problems in the change at the last minute!
