Devo però associarmi a chi ha espresso un giudizio negativo perchè la mia esperienza non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative che avevo, anche in ragione di pareri raccolti da amici. Ho trovato il personale poco empatico in occasione della vendita e sbrigativo, inutile e deludente in fase di immediata post vendita. Ho dovuto risolvere da me il problema che avevo riscontrato, avvalendomi dei numerosi tutorial trovati su youtube! Allo stesso modo ho fatto per imparare ad aggiornare e programmare il cambio elettronico. A volte capita che si verifichino delle coincidenze che creano una situazione negativa e voglio pensare che cosi sia stato nel mio caso. Il mio giudizio, allo stato, è negativo ma mi riservo di modificarlo o confermarlo se mai avrò occasione di tornare presso questo rivenditore anche se, in questo momento, non ci tornerei volentieri. I found the staff not very empathetic during the sale and hasty, useless and disappointing in the immediate after-sales phase. I had to solve the problem I encountered myself, using the numerous tutorials found on youtube! In the same way I did to learn how to update and program the electronic gearbox. Sometimes it happens that coincidences occur that create a negative situation and I want to think that this was the case in my case. My opinion, at the moment, is negative but I reserve the right to modify or confirm it if I ever have the opportunity to return to this dealer even if, at this moment, I would not gladly return.
