★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una prima esperienza "drammatica" per colpa dell'EX meccanico (che lavorava lì con la sua partita iva) sono tornato da Stefano e grazie alla sua pazienza, professionalità, passione e al nuovo meccanico mi sono ricreduto e devo dire che attività come questa ce ne sono poche. Ha saputo riavvicinare la clientela e curarla al meglio...
Tanta scelta, tanta professionalità e soprattutto cura un marchio che a me piace tantissimo: Orbea.
Anche se è fuori mano, faccio volentieri la strada per approfittare della loro qualità.

After a first "dramatic" experience due to the former mechanic (who worked there with his VAT number) I returned to Stefano and thanks to his patience, professionalism, passion and the new mechanic I changed my mind and I must say that activities like this there are few. He was able to bring his customers closer together and take care of them in the best possible way ...
A lot of choice, a lot of professionalism and above all they look after a brand that I really like: Orbea.
Even if it is out of the way, I gladly go the way to take advantage of their quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere 0 stelle le metterei,purtroppo non c’è più serietà,dopo aver visto una bici Orbea che mi interessava,ieri 27/04 il venditore nonché titolare,mi dice gentilmente che mi avrebbe tenuto la bici ferma x due giorni,oggi stesso 28/04 chiamo per dirgli che avrei comprato la bici ma magicamente il venditore ha venduto la bici giustificandosi che si era “scordato” di aver promesso la bici ad un altro altra persona.Voglio
Terminare qui la mia recensione senza aggiungere altro,giudicate voi se questa azienda si può ritenere seria…pure bugiardi a scrivere che vi ho offesi nella maniera più assolutala la ragione me la faccio io non venendo più da voi,ci sono tantissime altre aziende che lavorano in maniera più seria della vostra.a mai più invece di scusarvi postate pure menzogne!
If I could put 0 stars I would put them, unfortunately there is no more seriousness, after seeing an Orbea bike that interested me, yesterday 27/04 the seller and owner, kindly tells me that he would have kept the bike stationary for two days, today same 04/28 I call to tell him that I would have bought the bike but magically the seller sold the bike, justifying that he had "forgotten" that he had promised the bike to another person.
End my review here without adding anything else, judge for yourself if this company can be considered serious ... even liars to write that I have offended you in the most absolute way the reason I do it I am no longer coming to you, there are many other companies that work in a more serious way than yours. never again instead of apologizing, post lies as well!
