★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati di Venerdi per comprare una figure, prenotandola per comprarla lunedi ( perchè il magazzino era chiusa) e cosa fanno? la vendono domenica senza me e senza se, non fanno caso a chi prenota o chi chiede, il primo che arriva compra.. purtroppo una stella è pure troppo
 I contacted them on Friday to buy a figure, booking it to buy it on Monday (because the warehouse was closed) and what do they do? they sell it on Sunday without me and without ifs, they don't care who books or who asks, the first one who arrives buys .. unfortunately a star is too much

Se si a me servirebbe il vol 4 5 non la variante e 8 di dragon ball super, comunque bellissimo negozio dico grazie al mio amico per avermi fatto conoscere questo negozio bellissimo ??e poi un altra cosa come si fa a fare il log in per l'app comunque di nuovo posto bellissimo personale gentilissimo e comunque sono un maschio sono con l'account di mia mamma mi chiamo Riccardo e non so se vi ricordate ma ho chiamato oggi l'atro ieri lo so che chiamo molto spesso ma lo faccio per capire quali volumi ci sono??
Very nice really recommended it to me by a friend of mine and I fell in love with it the only thing but can I book manga? If yes I would need vol 4 5 not the variant and 8 of dragon ball super, however beautiful shop I say thanks to my friend for introducing me to this beautiful shop ??and then one more thing how do you log in to the app anyway again beautiful place very kind staff and in any case I am a male I am with my mom's account my name is Riccardo and I don't know if you remember but I called today the other yesterday I know I call very often but I do it for understand what volumes there are??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato convinto ad affidarmi a loro (anche se a distanza, da Napoli) dalla gran cura che hanno per il lato social. Mi sono informato se offrissero servizio di casella per mettere da parte i fumetti, in modo da organizzare spedizioni una volta ogni tot. Mi viene detto di sì, a patto di "abbonarmi" a uno dei servizi plus (Comix Pass). Prendo il gold senza problemi, pagando 30€ per un anno. Avrei fruito dei vantaggi fino a maggio 2022 ma ho smesso di acquistare da loro già da diversi mesi. E mica se ne sono accorti, senza contare che avrei ancora un ordine in sospeso... Comunicazione via whatsapp a singhiozzo e servizio di casella assente (ogni volta dovevo segnalare che collana e da che numero mi servisse). Ma il top lo abbiamo raggiunto alla fine: avevo chiesto mi mettessero da parte prima di Natale alcuni numeri della Dragon Ball Color Edition, che c'erano in quel momento, e avevo assicurato che l'avrei presi con la spedizione successiva). Arriva il fatidico momento: gli chiedo di includerli nell'ordine (l'ultimo, quello che non é mai stato perfezionato, anche se gli avevo chiesto, amareggiato, il conteggio) ma mi dicono che non ci sono i numeri che mi servono.
In sostanza: fantastici da vicino (stando a quanto leggo nelle recensioni), evitate se come me siete da lontano.
I was convinced to rely on them (even if at a distance, from Naples) by the great care they have for the social side. I inquired if they offered box service to put the comics aside, in order to organize shipments once every few days. I am told yes, as long as I "subscribe" to one of the plus services (Comix Pass). I take gold without any problems, paying € 30 for one year. I would have enjoyed the benefits until May 2022 but I stopped buying from them for several months already. And they haven't noticed, not to mention that I still have a pending order ... Communication via whatsapp in fits and starts and absent mailbox service (each time I had to report which necklace and what number I needed it from). But we reached the top in the end: I had asked them to put aside some numbers of the Dragon Ball Color Edition, which were there at that time, before Christmas, and I had assured that I would take it with the next shipment). The fateful moment arrives: I ask him to include them in the order (the last one, the one that has never been perfected, even though I had asked him, bitterly, to count) but they tell me that there are no numbers I need.
Basically: fantastic up close (according to what I read in the reviews), avoid if like me you are from afar.
