★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficenti affidabili e onesti. Mi sono recato in diverse occasioni e non mi hanno mai deluso. L'unica volta che li ho traditi con un altro cinese é andata malissimo. Io li consiglio.
Reliable and honest efficient. I have gone on several occasions and they have never let me down. The only time I cheated on them with another Chinese it went very badly. I recommend them.

Very kind and honest. Impeccable repairs. Brought smartphone to broken screen, but they pointed out that only screen protector was broken. Replaced immediately for a few euros. Recommended.

Really serious, good and fast. I went to them on several occasions: Iphone battery replacement, pc fan repair, to put glass screen protectors or just to buy a new cover. Fair prices and I've always enjoyed it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi avevano consigliato di portare il mio pc presso questa tecno word, in quanto lo stesso aveva un problema di non avvio. Poteva essere qualsiasi problema e quindi si trattava di vedere magari ad esclusione cosa poteva non far funzionare il pc. Ho chiesto al titolare di vedere se riusciva almeno a capire cosa bisognava sostituire. Il titolare mi ha chiesto 30 euro di anticipo per il controllo. Dopo due settimane non aveva neppure guardato. Ogni volta che chiedevo mi rimandava a fine settimana. Posso capire che era troppo impegnato con altro, ma poteva dirmi che non aveva tempo per questo lavoro dal primo momento. Oggi ho richiesto il pc ed i soldi anticipati e subito dopo ho portato in altro negozio. In mezz'ora hanno risolto il problema. Era una Ram difettosa. A mio avviso questo comportamento non è serio, professionale e trasparente.
They advised me to bring my pc to this techno word, as it had a no boot problem. It could be any problem and then it was a question of seeing maybe except what could not make the PC work. I asked the owner to see if he could at least understand what needed to be replaced. The owner asked me for an advance of 30 euros for the check. After two weeks he hadn't even looked. Whenever I asked he would send me back to the weekend. I can understand he was too busy with anything else, but he could tell me he didn't have time for this job from the first moment. Today I requested the pc and the advance money and immediately after I took it to another shop. In half an hour they solved the problem. It was a faulty Ram. In my opinion this behavior is not serious, professional and transparent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 non si può dare... Peccato. Mi reco là perché avevo il vetro del cellulare rotto. Mi riparano il vetro in mattinata per 70€ e dopo un paio d'ore mi accorgo che la batteria che ha sempre funzionato non tiene più di 6 ore. Chiedo se ci fosse un nesso fra le due cose. Mi viene risposto di no. Faccio notare allora che è strano che quando mi cambiano il vetro la batteria non funziona più. Mi risponde il commesso che il cellulare dopo un po' di tempo (2anni) può avere problemi di batteria e mi chiede altri 35€ per la batteria che su eBay sta a 15€. Ovviamente vado via senza pagare ulteriori soldi. Ridicoli. Se potessi provarlo direi che hanno preso la batteria e mi hanno messo una ciofeca per rivenderla ovviamente lucrandoci sopra. Sconsiglio e auspico il fallimento.
0 cannot be given ... Too bad. I go there because my cell phone glass is broken. They repair the glass in the morning for 70 € and after a couple of hours I realize that the battery that has always worked does not last more than 6 hours. I wonder if there was a connection between the two. I am told no. I point out then that it is strange that when they change the glass, the battery no longer works. The salesman replies that the mobile phone after some time (2 years) may have battery problems and asks me another 35 € for the battery which on eBay is 15 €. Of course I leave without paying any more money. Ridiculous. If I could try it I would say that they took the battery and put me a ciofeca to resell it obviously making money on it. I advise against and wish for failure.
