Oltre 4 mesi di attesa per una riparazione mai eseguita a causa della mancanza delle parti di ricambio (non attribuibile a loro chiaramente). Ma la cosa che più sconcertante è l'assoluta mancanza di comunicazione tra l'Azienda e il Cliente. Telefonate, mail, solleciti senza risposta, una segreteria telefonica con messaggi obsoleti, promesse di riconsegna mai mantenute e così via. Alla fine, dopo aver deciso di rinunciare definitivamente alla riparazione, il telefono, che comunque sottolineo non era più utilizzabile se non per alcune parti di ricambio, mi è stato riconsegnato più guasto di prima, praticamente non si accende più. Lavorando nell'Assistenza Tecnica da oltre 20 anni, credo che la cosa più importante per un'Azienda, indipendentemente dall'esito della riparazione o dagli intoppi che possono sorgere, sia la comunicazione con il proprio Cliente oltre che la serietà e la massima trasparenza. Visto i presupporti, sarà mia premura sconsigliare a chiunque di rivolgersi presso questa Azienda per qualsiasi attività.
Absolutely negative experience, from all points of view! Over 4 months of waiting for a repair never performed due to the lack of spare parts (not attributable to them clearly). But the most puzzling thing is the absolute lack of communication between the company and the customer. Calls, emails, unsolicited reminders, an answering machine with outdated messages, promises of return never kept, and so on. Finally, after deciding to renounce definitively to repair the phone, however, that stress was no longer usable except for some parts, I was given back more dead than before, virtually no longer lights. By working in the assistance technique for over 20 years, I think the most important thing for a company, regardless of the outcome of the repair or the obstacles that may arise, both the communication with your customer as well as the seriousness and transparency. Given the assumptions, I will advise against advising anyone to contact this company for any activity.
