★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi dispiace dover dare 2 stelle ragazzi, siete stati cortesi e professionali ma dopo 2 mesi e 100€ spesi per riparare la mia PS4 che si spegneva a intervalli irregolari, non siete riusciti a individuare il problema, facendo delle semplici ricerche su internet e leggendo di altri poveri sfigati come me sono sicuro al 90% che il problema era il circuito di alimentazione (escludo il cavo, ne ho 3 a casa lì ho provati stasera), forse il ragazzo che giocava 11 ore di fila non giocava affatto, sono tornato a casa dopo altre 2 settimane di attesa, provo ad accendere la play e dopo giusto il tempo che si accenda la schermata principale si è rovinosamente spenta, ho provato a cambiare i 3 cavi come specificato dal ragazzo in negozio...... È stata cambiata la pasta termica perché esausta, problema rimasto uguale, riportata in negozio (per fortuna date 3 mesi di garanzia) 2 settimane di attesa per farmi sentire dire che la play va, hanno giocato 4 ore e hanno risostituito la Pasta termica (evidentemente non era quello il Problema) la Riporto a casa si spegne dopo 2 ore di aggiornamenti vari, non ho nemmeno giocato, la riporto per la 3 volta ed è così qui dopo altre 2 settimane, accesa e spenta dopo 45 secondi
I'm sorry to have to give 2 stars guys, you have been courteous and professional but after 2 months and 100 € spent to fix my PS4 that was turning off at irregular intervals, you could not identify the problem, doing some simple research on the internet and reading about other poor losers like me I'm 90% sure that the problem was the power circuit (I exclude the cable, I have 3 at home there I tried tonight), maybe the guy who played 11 hours straight didn't play at all, I went back to home after another 2 weeks of waiting, I try to turn on the play and after just the time it turns on the main screen is ruinously turned off, I tried to change the 3 cables as specified by the guy in the shop ... changed the thermal paste because exhausted, problem remained the same, returned to the shop (luckily given 3 months warranty) 2 weeks of waiting to be told that the play goes, they played 4 hours and replaced the thermal paste (eviden fear that was not the Problem) the Carry home turns off after 2 hours of various updates, I have not even played, I carry it back for the 3 time and it is so here after another 2 weeks, on and off after 45 seconds

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio. Preciso, puntuale, efficiente, veloce. Riparato notebook di 7 anni seguendo il consiglio di sostituire il vecchio hard disk meccanico con una nuova unità SSD. Questo ha reso molto veloce il PC, forse più che da nuovo! Inoltre mi hanno recuperato il vecchio hard disk, anziché buttarlo, trasformandolo in una comoda unità di memoria esterna, per pochi euro. Bravi. Super consigliato!
Excellent service. Precise, punctual, efficient, fast. Repaired 7 year old notebook following the advice to replace the old mechanical hard drive with a new SSD. This made the PC very fast, perhaps more so than new! They also recovered my old hard drive, instead of throwing it away, turning it into a convenient external memory unit, for a few euros. Well done. Super recommended!
