Mi sono comprato un router perché quello dell'azienda di telefonia è di basso livello e poco stabile, successivamente ho chiamato il servizio clienti della stessa azienda per chiedere di sostituire il loro router con il mio. L'azienda ha acconsentito e mi ha mandato un tecnico. Beh, il tecnico non sapeva dove mettere le mani e continuava a dire "troppe opzioni su questo router" mentre chiamava altri tecnici... Alla fine, uno alla volta, sono arrivati altri 3 tecnici... Questa agonia è durata quasi 3 ore concludendosi con loro che dicevano che non c'era modo di gar funzionare il mio router con la loro connessione. Beh, ho chiamato Sergio, il quale mi ha fatto qualche domanda riguardante il tipo di servizio che ho, e sucessivamente ha fatto funzionare la connessione tramite il mio router in 15 MINUTI... La parte più incredibile è che io vivo in Bulgaria e Sergio ha sistemato tutto in remoto, restando a Verona. Grazie Sergio, il mio internet adesso è una bomba
I still struggle to understand what happened:
I bought a router because that of the telephony company is low level and not very stable, then I called the customer service of the same company to ask to replace their router with mine. The company agreed and sent me a technician. Well, the technician didn't know where to put his hands and kept saying "too many options on this router" while calling other technicians ... Eventually, one by one, 3 other technicians arrived ... This agony lasted almost 3 hours ending with them saying there was no way to make my router work with their connection. Well, I called Sergio, who asked me a few questions about the type of service I have, and then got the connection working through my router in 15 MINUTES ... The most amazing part is that I live in Bulgaria and Sergio he fixed everything remotely, remaining in Verona. Thanks Sergio, my internet is now a bomb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno dei tecnici migliori al mondo il cui scopo non è farti spendere il più possibile per guadagnare. Oltre ad aggiustare i PC te lo consiglia e te lo acquista pure, facendoti inoltre risparmiare somme sostanziose. Da fidarsi ciecamente.
Circa 6 anni fa mi serviva un PC portatile. Visto che non volevo spendere molto, mi ha chiesto in dettaglio cosa ci avrei dovuto fare e poi mi ha consigliato di comprarne uno specifico ricondizionato, perché per il mio utilizzo sarebbe stato più che sufficiente... Il computer era ricondizionato quindi aveva già qualche anno, beh, funziona ancora benissimo e non da alcun problema.
Si nota subito che il suo scopo è quello di aiutare il proprio cliente senza approfittarne. Un vero Professionista al quale bisogna affidarsi cecamente per ottenere il massimo dai propri soldi. Ha una vastissima conoscenza informatica.
Poterci andare per problemi o consigli con PC e non farlo, è una delle cose più sciocche che qualcuno possa fare. Per chi lavora con i PC, bisognerebbe avere un Sergio tascabile.
PS. 9 anni fa mi consiglio un computer fisso, sempre ricondizionato e, visto che ancora funziona, l'anno scorso l'ho regalato al figlio di una mia cara amica che tuttora ci gioca.
