I called for information and they answered in a rude and hasty way, making the customer uncomfortable, I don't think they should be evaluated in any other way than with 1/5. In the call, the employee insinuated several times to check the site before "disturbing" by calling, since they work in smart working and are full of chores.

I come to Verona to personally buy spare parts for my vintage minis. I start the browser but can't find it. I call and the shop no longer exists physically, only online due to COVID for a year and a half, so the seller warns on the phone. But none of this is written on the site. On the contrary, the shop is open to the public from Monday to Saturday until 7.30 pm It doesn't take long to update the site by writing online sales only. Closed to the public!

I immediately pointed out the fact and, after a few phone calls, emails, and whatsapp messages, I was told that I would receive the gauges directly from the parent company by January 20. At the beginning of January I see myself delivered a package from Hong Kong containing three clearly made Chinese manometers that can be purchased online for € 48.29 including shipping costs. Since the goods ordered by me are "original Made in U.K.", as they assert on the site, it is clear that they do not correspond with the one I ordered, moreover, they are not even chromed, as requested by me. At my request for an explanation, they told me to send photos of the goods received when from the site they say to check "meticulously all the objects that are then packaged, protected and shipped", moreover, since I have not paid any duty, I do not think they will arrive From United Kingdom. I have asked for a refund because it is not a shipping error. --- UPDATE-- After a nice phone call, the guy who answers the cell, told me that in the terms of the contract it says that the photos are for illustrative purposes only, so it doesn't matter if they are chromed or black, that I was not very smart to think that they could be original made in UK as written in the specifications of the goods, and that they do not refund me. All without an invoice from them. If you have to buy it, I strongly advise against it, turn to someone more serious.
