★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza: non rispondono mai alle mail ,nemmeno se si tratta di un'urgenza (caldaia nuova che perde acqua e pochi giorni fa mi aveva allagato il bagno: devo ancora essere ricontattata) , e al telefono risponde sempre la stessa signora che dice ogni volta che sono stati occupati per urgenze( a prescindere dalla stagione e dalla situazione oggettiva generale), che prende nota e farà ricontattare, ma non si sente nessuno.
Bad assistance: they never reply to emails, even if it is an urgency (new boiler leaking water and a few days ago I had flooded the bathroom: I still have to be contacted), and the same lady always answers the phone, saying every once they have been busy for emergencies (regardless of the season and the general objective situation), who takes notes and will contact you back, but nobody is heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza e pessimo personale arroganti e pretenziosi!sconsiglio a tutti l'esperienza con questa ditta,chiamati per pulire una caldaia, l'hanno rotta (un tubo)non hanno detto niente e se ne sono andati come ladri!chiamati il giorno dopo, si sì erano accorti dì aver rotto il tubo e che per cambiarlo ci volevano 180 euro!io dissi che avrei pagato la metà, perché il tubo l'avevano rotto loro, più visti ne sentiti proprio una ditta da ridere,vale zero!
Bad assistance and bad staff arrogant and pretentious! I do not recommend to everyone the experience with this company, called to clean a boiler, they broke it (a pipe) they did not say anything and they left like thieves! Called the next day, they realized they had broken the tube and that to change it it took 180 euros! I said I would pay half, because they had broken the tube, the more they saw it, they felt like a company to laugh at, it is worth zero!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima assistenza, si rendono disponibili e gentili fino al momento del contratto protezione 10 che vincola per 10 anni, o su interventi a pagamento. neanche la manutenzione annuale ordinaria viene fatta con costanza se non sollecitati. Rimbalzano i problemi al sistema precedente o sulla ditta venditrice . da non consigliare assolutamente!!
bad assistance, they are available and kind until the moment of the protection contract 10 which binds for 10 years, or on paid interventions. not even the ordinary annual maintenance is done constantly if not solicited. Problems bounce back to the previous system or to the selling firm. absolutely not to be recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per un informazione sul funzionamento del mio impianto ibrido e mi hanno rispondono subito con apprezzabile professionalità.
Mi dicono che i loro tecnici possono dare informazioni nella pre-installazione per evitare possibili mal funzionamenti in fase di avvio. Inoltre mi hanno aggiunto che è fondamentale che l'impianto idraulico, l'impianto elettrico e lo scarico dei fumi siano costruiti correttamente e rispettanti le indicazioni della casa costruttrice e delle norme tecniche in vigore.
