Oltre a riderti in faccia quando chiami alla dogana, ti dicono di aspettare e di avere pazienza.
Sono 3 mesi che porto pazienza. E poi per cosa? Per un rossetto e degli ombretti??
Vergognosi.
 I have been waiting for a package sent from America since April.
Besides laughing at you when you call customs, they tell you to wait and be patient.
I have been patient for 3 months. And then for what? For a lipstick and eye shadows ??
Shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendo un pacco dal 1 luglio, sono passati 5 mesi ed è ancora fermo in dogana. Ho mandato tutta la documentazione che mi avete richiesto e non ho notizie del pacco. Sono dei semplici cosmetici.. ma perché lavorare così male?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andate a pigliare ner culo.Fate schifo voi e le vostre alleate Poste Italiane.Non ci sta un operatore che ti risponda ,e nel caso ti rispondesse ( guarda caso ti risponde sempre una voce meridionale) ti risponde maleeducatamente e non ti spiega cosa devi fare.Al centralino delle Poste Italiane, risponde una voce elettronica che che non capisce le lettere e i numeri di tracciamento anche se li scandisci. Non c'è nessun numero di riferimento per parlare con un un'operatore, chiami alle Poste Italiane,ti dicono di chiamare alla dogana,chiami alla dogana ti dicono che non è l'ufficio giusto senza spiegarti dove chiamare e quando.Stiamo proprio cadendo in basso che più in basso di così non si può. Spero che falliate voi e anche le Poste Italiane, e che veniate assorbite da qualche compagnia con manager e dirigenti più seri e meno corrotti di voi!Che Dio vi maledica!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assolutamente pessimo. Sono 4 mesi che aspetto un pacco partito dagli USA, fermato in dogana a metà aprile per controlli sanitari. Da quanto hanno detto al call center gli operatori dell'area sanità lavorano una volta a settimana (beati loro).
Quando chiami non sanno dirti altro che "deve avere pazienza, i tempi sono lunghi". Ma 4 mesi mi sembrano decisamente troppi! Spero solo di ricevere (prima o poi) il pacco integro, trattandosi di cosmetici tutto questo tempo depositati chissà dove potrebbe averli danneggiati.
Pessimi.
Absolutely bad service. I have been waiting for 4 months for a package from the USA, stopped at customs in mid-April for health checks. From what they said at the call center, healthcare workers work once a week (lucky them).
When you call they can't tell you anything else that "must have patience, times are long". But 4 months seem to me to be far too many! I only hope to receive the package intact (sooner or later), since it is a cosmetic that has been stored all over this time who knows where it might have damaged it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attendo un pacco spedito dagli usa da 2 mesi, oggi è il 28 maggio pacco fermo a Linate dal 10 aprile. Mi hanno richiesto la documentazione che io ho spedito il giorno stesso e poi per altre 4 volte perché a loro questa email con allegati non arrivava.... Servizio pietoso, perdita di tempo e denaro. Rispondono solamente quei poverini del call center poste che non hanno modo di chiarirvi la situazione perché in dogana non mandano loro informazioni, in poche parole non sapete con chi prendervela. Servizio inutile e LADRO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vergognatevi, attendo un pacco con materiale sanitario da più di due mesi e ancora non mi avete neanche richiesto la documentazione. Ho mandato mail, fatto segnalazioni come mi hanno detto di fare le poste, ma niente. Nessuna notizia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il massimo dell'incompetenza, da più di tre mesi attendo un pacco dagli USA, fatto solleciti, mai ricevuto risposta, chiamato più volte call center e sempre solite risposte "è in lavorazione entro 9 giorni verrà sdoganato", " é in lavorazione". Oggi, dopo più di tre mesi mi dicono che non mi verrà consegnato perché secondo loro non risponde agli standard europei. E ci impiegate più di 3 mesi per dirmelo? Vergognatevi!!!
