È giusto,ovvio che io li paghi ma confrontando con altro spedizionieri(vedi DHL)le tasse le pago subito, senza trovarmi rotture o sorprese, poi anche il numero da contattare, 199........ , ma scherziamo, 0,10 cent al minuto,ora che chiedi informazioni hai pagato altri diritti simili a quelli doganali, magari un numero verde per i clienti,non so se dipenda da TNT comunque a mio avviso lo trovo un rapporto scomodo e non posso che penalizzare e cercare un servizio migliore. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para enviar cualquier cosa desde el extranjero es mucho mejor DHL, merece la pena gastar un poco más. Al final FEDEX te cobra más comisiones y el proceso es lentísimo. De hecho creo que han perdido mi paquete y me tenía que haber llegado hace 2 semanas.
To send anything from abroad is much better DHL, it is worth spending a little more. In the end, FEDEX charges you more commissions and the process is very slow. In fact I think they have lost my package and it should have arrived 2 weeks ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dovuto inviare 2 email, alle quali non ho mai ricevuto risposta, e chiamare un numero a pagamento (199) ben 3 volte per ricevere una risposta, che e' arrivata in modo arrogante e presuntuoso e sopratutto senza nemmeno provare a capire la mia esigenza. Zero customer care, zero professionalita', servizi estremamente cari. Ho voluto provare Fedex, di solito uso DHL, ed ho fatto un grave errore. MAI PIU.
I had to send 2 emails, to which I have never received a reply, and call a paid number (199) 3 times to receive a reply, which arrived arrogantly and presumptuously and above all without even trying to understand my need . ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⛔️⛔️⛔️Fedex Italy service is incompetent and their customer service inconsiderate. They delay delivering parcels without reason and they are slow, unprofessional and skiving. From my bad experiences it is unwise to use Fedex in Italy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a package that needed an import fee - FedEx gives you a number to call, put you on hold, and no one answers, while they charge you .10 cents a minute. I have paid €20 in three days and still not able to get thru. No website, no chat service. Terrible. Never use them -
