Impiegano settimane solo farti avere una quotazione, in seguito ogni giorno richiedono documenti diversi che allungano le tempistiche, per non parlare delle mille telefonache che bisogna fare per avere notizie, informazioni o semplicemente per essere ricontattati. Nel nosto caso non sapevano nemmeno con quali documenti la merce doveva partire e pertanto più volte ci hanno fatto attendere giorni per avere risposte dalla dogana dall'altra parte della terra... Insomma solo perditempo! Noi abbiamo lasciato perdere e contattato una diversa compagnia che in soli 3gg ha quotato, fatturato e caricato la merce!
Inconpetent. It takes weeks just to get you a quote, then every day they ask for different documents that lengthen the timing, not to mention the thousand calls that need to be made to get news, information or simply to be contacted. In our case they did not even know with which documents the goods had to leave and therefore they made us wait several times for days to get answers from customs on the other side of the earth ... In short, only time wasters! We gave up and contacted a different company that quoted, invoiced and loaded the goods in just 3 days!
