Mi hanno dato l'appuntamento dopo due mesi e poiché non era assolutamente urgente ho aspettato senza problemi. Quando ho portato il mezzo il sabato per lasciarlo la settimana successiva nessun problema. Il lunedì mi hanno chiamato per dirmi che non avevano tempo e se potevano tenerlo due settimane perché per la sigillatura ne prendono solo due alla settimana. Mi sono molto arrabbiato perché non è giusto che dopo aver atteso pazientemente due mesi qualcuno mi sia passato davanti. Il fatto è avvenuto a novembre quindi non c'era il boom di camper che dovevano partire per le ferie estive. Dopo aver insistito un po' hanno detto che avrebbero fatto il lavoro. Al ritiro del mezzo il sabato successivo mi è stato detto che avevano sostituito solo le sigillature che ne avevano bisogno e non tutte. Ricevuta scritta a mano di 460 euro per una risigillatura parziale al prezzo di una totale (il prezzo me lo avevano comunicato loro alla prenotazione) !!!! Per il controllo delle infiltrazioni mi hanno detto che era tutto ok ma non ho nessun documento da mostrare quando dovrò vendere il camper. Credo che non ci andrò mai più e non lo consiglio a nessuno. Voto inclassificabile! I booked a leak check and a seal. The event took place in November so there was no boom in campers who had to leave for the summer holidays. After insisting they said they would do the job. When the vehicle was picked up the following Saturday, I was told that they had replaced only the seals that needed it and not all of them. Handwritten receipt of 460 euro for a partial resealing the price of a total (price me had informed them when booking) !!!! For the infiltration check they told me that everything was ok but I don't have any documents to show when I have to sell the camper. I believe that I will never go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone. Unclassifiable rating!

Se non hanno tempo, dicono di avere fatto il lavoro ma tirano via alla grande o non lo fanno per niente (ma si fanno pagare eccome). Avevo problemi alla stufa: mi hanno detto di avere fatto una revisione accurata smontando la stufa e tutto era a posto. Ho pagato un conto abbastanza salato. Tornato a casa, alzo il lettino posteriore per andare a vedere la stufa. Un tubo dell'aria era staccato e penzolante, c'era uno strato di polvere sulla stufa, che nessuno aveva toccato da un pezzo. Sono andato da un artigiano indicato da Truma. C'erano 3 forellini nella camera di combustione. Messo la stufa nuova, allargato la presa d'aria ecc. a un prezzo molto buono. E poi mi ha cambiato il bocchettone di aerazione del bagno (Tecnocamper voleva 50 euro, lui l'ha fatto per 15, stesso pezzo, ben sigillato ecc.). Mai più da Tecnocamper. I had problems with the stove: they told me that they had done a thorough overhaul by dismantling the stove and everything was fine. I paid a pretty steep bill. Back home, I raise the rear bed to go and see the stove. An air pipe was detached and dangling, there was a layer of dust on the stove, which no one had touched in a while. I went to a craftsman indicated by Truma. There were 3 small holes in the combustion chamber. Put on the new stove, enlarged the air intake, etc. at a very good price. And then he changed my bathroom air vent (Tecnocamper wanted 50 euros, he did it for 15, same piece, well sealed, etc.). Never again from Tecnocamper.

b	bicio bicio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima cortesia e disponibilità ma soprattutto la professionalità che ci mettono per aiutare il cliente e soprattutto il prezzo o preventivo lo dicono subito senza tante sorprese inaspettate... perché se ci fossero delle sorprese te lo dicono mette controllano il problema insieme al cliente per essere più trasparente possibili !!! Excellent courtesy and availability but above all the professionalism that they put in to help the customer and above all the price or quote they say it immediately without many unexpected surprises ... because if there were any surprises they tell you it puts they check the problem together with the customer to be more transparent possible !!!

Si vede proprio che gli piace il loro lavoro e lo fanno con passione, sempre disponibili e gentili. Prezzi più che onesti. Consigliatissimo!???? Usually in negative reviews it is written that it is evaluated with one star because less can not be given, this is the opposite, if you could I would give 10 stars.
