M	Mattia Calcagno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato in questa officina il 29 aprile, perché riscontravo un problema in fase di accensione della mia auto, nuova e quindi ancora in garanzia. Chiesi inoltre un auto sostitutiva per tornare a Ravenna, mi fu risposto che al momento era indisponibile e che mi avrebbero chiamato la settimana seguente. La storia del "ti chiamo settimana prossima" é durata quasi tutta l'estate, precisamente per tutto luglio. Riuscii a prendere appuntamento, e "bloccare" l'auto sostitutiva per lunedì 22 luglio, scrissi esplicitamente ad uno dei due meccanici, che mi sarei presentato solamente nel pomeriggio del giorno concordato, dato che il mio turno di lavoro incomincia alle 6, quando mi presentai, mi fu data una doppia versione, il padre sosteneva di aver dato via l'auto poco prima, mentre il figlio, l'avrebbe data via la mattina perché non mi ha visto arrivare (complimenti). Ancora oggi, 13 agosto, non ho ricevuto più nessuna chiamata, quindi non posso valutare l'operato dei meccanici ma posso solo dire che sono molto inaffidabili e scortesi. Quindi, non solo recensiró questa officina come la peggior officina di Lugo marchiata Renault, ma farò presente dell'accaduto anche alla sede centrale di Roma. I showed up in this workshop on April 29th, because I was experiencing a problem when switching on my car, new and therefore still under warranty. I also asked for a replacement car to return to Ravenna, I was told that at the time it was unavailable and that they would call me the following week. The story of "I'll call you next week" lasted almost all summer, precisely throughout July. I was able to make an appointment, and "lock" the replacement car for Monday, July 22nd, I explicitly wrote to one of the two mechanics, who I would present only in the afternoon of the agreed day, since my work shift starts at 6 am, when I introduced, I was given a double version, the father claimed to have given away the car a little earlier, while the son, he would have given it away in the morning because he didn't see me coming (congratulations). Even today, August 13th, I haven't received any calls, so I can't evaluate the work of the mechanics but I can only say that they are very unreliable and rude. So, not only will I review this workshop as the worst Renault-branded workshop in Lugo, but I will also report this to the headquarters in Rome.
