★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo comprato il camper nuovo, ci siamo trovati molto bene, Omar ha saputo consigliarci il mezzo più adatto alle nostre esigenze, ha avuto molta pazienza coi nostri dubbi sulla capienza del gavone, abbiamo anche provato a caricare la nostra bicicletta e ci ha illustrato con molta accuratezza i dettagli del camper. Tutto il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, puntuale nei tempi di consegna.
We bought the new camper, we found ourselves very well, Omar was able to advise us on the vehicle that best suited our needs, he had a lot of patience with our doubts about the capacity of the locker, we also tried to load our bicycle and he illustrated us with a lot accuracy of the details of the camper. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè meno non posso mettere ma sarebbe da zero stelle. Pessima esperienza. Trattativa assolutamente VERGOGNOSA. Ieri venerdì 14 gennaio 2022 sono partito da Rimini per andare appositamente a vedere due camper. Su uno non era esposto il prezzo perché ritirato da poco. Con il “venditore” siamo rimasti d’accordo che mi avrebbe comunicato il prezzo in serata. Così è stato. Siccome l’ora era tarda, nel messaggio insieme al prezzo mi veniva scritto che ci saremmo sentiti l’indomani. POI LA BEFFA! L’indomani mi sento dire che il camper a cui ero interessato e per il quale mi era stato comunicato il prezzo era appena stato venduto. SERIETÀ e RISPETTO PER IL CLIENTE PARI A ZERO, PRIMA E ULTIMA ESPERIENZA con questa azienda! Il venditore ha avuto un comportamento assolutamente vergognoso, privo di qualsiasi serietà!
I put a star because I can not put less but it would be from zero stars. Bad experience. Absolutely shameful negotiation. Yesterday Friday 14 January 2022 I left Rimini to go specifically to see two campers. On one the price was not displayed because it had recently been collected. We agreed with the "seller" that he would tell me the price in the evening. So it was. Since the hour was late, I was told in the message along with the price that we would talk the next day. THEN THE JOKE! The next day I hear that the camper I was interested in and for which the price was communicated to me had just been sold. SERIOUSNESS and RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER EQUAL TO ZERO, FIRST AND LAST EXPERIENCE with this company! The seller had an absolutely shameful behavior, devoid of any seriousness!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavamo un camper usato e ne avevamo uno usato da rendere. Situazione classica di molti camperisti. Avevamo già avuto contatti con questa azienda e ne avevamo percepito buone impressioni. Alla prova dei fatti le nostre sensazioni sono state confermate. Abbiamo acquistato un buon camper usato. Ci è stato consegnato come se ne avessimo comprato uno nuovo cosa assolutamente non scontata. Nonostante alcuni problemi successivi all’acquisto, situazione plausibile nei camper usati, il post vendita si è dimostrato assolutamente all’altezza, dandoci la possibilità di appoggiarci presso azienda qualificata di zona e quindi rendendo agevole e ben fruibile il servizio di riparazione gratuita. Un’azienda seria si valuta in primis dal post vendita in quanto testimonianza di considerazione e rispetto del cliente. Un sentito ringraziamento a tutto lo staff di Beltrani Camper & Caravan. We were looking for a used camper and had a used one to return. Classic situation of many campers. We had already had contact with this company and had received good impressions. In fact, our feelings were confirmed. We bought a good used motorhome. It was delivered to us as if we had bought a new one, which is absolutely not obvious. Despite some problems following the purchase, a plausible situation in used campers, the after-sales service proved to be absolutely up to scratch, giving us the opportunity to rely on a qualified local company and thus making the free repair service easy and usable. A serious company is evaluated first and foremost by the after-sales service as a testimony of consideration and respect for the customer.
