Faccio una dovuta premessa, per penuria di mezzi prenotabili non potremo acquistare da Luigi ma abbiamo avuto la fortuna di poter parlare con lui per un preventivo.
Abbiamo trovato in Luigi una persona disponibile e veramente veramente esperta/competente, purtroppo è una rarità nel settore visto che su una decina di concessionarie visitate è stato l'unico in grado di illustrare un Van dalla A alla Z, abbiamo IMPARATO molto parlando con lui.
Se fosse un periodo storico in cui si può ordinare un van certi che arrivi in tempi decenti farei di certo l'acquisto con Luigi, purtroppo ad oggi si può parlare solo sul pronta consegna o preordinato... e con le caratteristiche ricercate da me e mia moglie aveva già finito tutto.

I make a due premise, due to lack of bookable vehicles we will not be able to buy from Luigi but we were lucky enough to be able to speak with him for a quote.
We found in Luigi a helpful and truly truly expert / competent person, unfortunately it is a rarity in the sector since out of a dozen dealerships visited he was the only one able to illustrate a Van from A to Z, we LEARNED a lot by talking to him .
If it were a historical period in which you can order a van, certain that it arrives in decent times, I would certainly make the purchase with Luigi, unfortunately today we can only talk about prompt delivery or pre-ordered ... and with the characteristics sought by me and my wife had already finished everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto la Nauticaravan nel settembre 2020 alla fiera di Parma e grazie a loro, dopo otto mesi ho realizzato un sogno, adesso sono alla guida del “mio” Van.
Rosanna e Luigi sono due persone squisite, cercano sempre di trovare la soluzione migliore, non sono dei “venditori” che vogliono rifilarti a tutti i costi quello che hanno in magazzino, ma ti ascoltano e se possibile ti accontentano, il risultato è che ho acquistato un camper che sembra me lo abbia cucito il sarto addosso.
Per non parlare dei ragazzi dell’officina che hanno montato tutti gli accessori richiesti con un lavoro esemplare.

I met Nauticaravan in September 2020 at the Parma fair and thanks to them, after eight months I realized a dream, now I'm driving "my" Van.
Rosanna and Luigi are two exquisite people, they always try to find the best solution, they are not "sellers" who want to give you what they have in stock at all costs, but they listen to you and if possible they satisfy you, the result is that I bought a camper that seems to have been sewn by the tailor on me.
Not to mention the workshop guys who assembled all the required accessories with exemplary work.

Fin dall'inizio ci siamo trovati di fronte a grande cortesia, competenza e disponibilità all'ascolto.
Durante il periodo dei lavori ci sono stati molti contatti telefonici da parte loro per aggiornarci su quello che veniva fatto, per consigli e per condividere scelte fra varie ipotesi di realizzazione. Il risultato finale è stato ottimo. Lo consigliamo convintamente.

From the beginning we were faced with great courtesy, competence and willingness to listen.
During the period of the works there were many telephone contacts from them to update us on what was being done, for advice and to share choices between various hypotheses of realization. The final result was excellent. We strongly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'acquisto di un camper, soprattutto per dei neofiti come il sottoscritto e mia moglie, è una faccenda serissima, bisogna studiare e toccare con mano quanto imparato prendendo appuntamenti con le concessionarie e salire sui mezzi, se disponibili (cosa non facile, soprattutto in questo momento storico)!
La maggioranza dei venditori di camper, spiace dirlo, è ancora meno preparata dei venditori di auto e il pressappochismo in questo settore è dilagante sia per quanto concerne le informazioni tecniche che per i prezzi; con la differenza che un camper mediamente costa molto di più di un auto e l'investimento, almeno per quanto ci riguarda, necessita di essere vagliato attentamente ricevendo informazioni precise e puntuali, in sintesi esaustive.
Così, dopo svariate visite a concessionarie in provincia, regione e poi fuori regione ci siamo resi conto che per l'acquisto sarebbe stato fondamentale affidarsi ad una concessionaria autorevole, non solo per la vendita ma anche per l'assistenza post-vendita.
Una premessa un po' lunga per dire che il sig. Luigi è esattamente la persona che io e mia moglie stavamo cercando: molto preparato tecnicamente, affabile nell'esposizione e con un bagaglio d'umanità importante racchiuso in un carattere serafico e che mette a proprio agio l'interlocutore. Grazie

Thus, after several visits to dealerships in the province, region and then outside the region, we realized that it would be essential to rely on an authoritative dealership for the purchase, not only for sales but also for after-sales assistance.
A rather long premise to say that Mr. Luigi is exactly the person my wife and I were looking for: technically very prepared, affable in exposition and with an important baggage of humanity enclosed in a seraphic character and who puts the interlocutor at ease. Thank you
