Porto il mio cellulare a controllare perchè ha il vetro leggermente rigonfio e lo lascio una mezz'oretta per controllarlo.
Quando torno mi viene detto che è per la batteria gonfia, forse dovuto al caldo e alla troppa memoria usata, cmq è ancora in garanzia visto che mi sono fatto cambiare qui la batteria circa due mesi fa quindi me la può cambiare senza problemi e fin qui tutto ok.
Piccola sorpresa: il vetro adesso è spaccato, leggermente su un angolo ma è spaccato, e io l'avevo portato integro..ho cercato di spiegarli che a casa mia(in generale ovunque) chi rompe paga, non ha voluto cambiarmi il vetro che LUI ha rotto, dicendo che è la mia parola contro la sua e che era già difettato quando l'ho lasciato a lui.
Niente di personale col negoziante, e non mi piace rompere le balle, però mi sembra giusto riportare questo episodio, è l'unica cosa che mi è rimasta da fare.
Lascio a chi legge cogliere il morale della favola.
I explain briefly how the episode went.
I take my cell phone to check because the glass is slightly swollen and I leave it for half an hour to check it.
When I come back I am told that it is for the battery swollen, perhaps due to the heat and to the too much memory used, cmq is still under warranty because I had the battery changed here about two months ago so I can change it without problems and so far all right.
Small surprise: the glass is now split, slightly on the corner but it is split, and I had brought it intact ... I tried to explain that at my house (in general everywhere) whoever pays breaks, did not want to change the glass that HE broke it, saying that it is my word against his and that he was already defective when I left him to him.
Nothing personal with the shopkeeper, and I don't like to break the bales, but it seems right to me to report this episode, it is the only thing that I have left to do.
I leave it to the reader to grasp the moral of the story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci sono passata per caso non abitando a Riva del Garda. Onesto, di più non posso dire. I prezzi della merce in vendita sono quelli applicati dovunque anche on line. Riparazione non l'ho ancora fatta e quindi non vi so dire...ma mi ha dato fiducia per il solo fatto di resistere alle grandi catene di distribuzione.
I passed by by chance, not living in Riva del Garda. Honestly, I can't say more. The prices of the goods on sale are those applied everywhere, even online. I haven't done the repair yet and so I can't tell you ... but it gave me confidence just because it resisted the big distribution chains.
