★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata ieri in questo centro ed ho trovato cordialità, gentilezza e preparazione. Oltre alla marca TIM hanno una vasta scelta di cellulari di ogni tipo, accessori per gli smartphone e non, idee per la casa come telecamere, Roomba, bilance etc.. Personalmente mi sono trovata molto bene e lo consiglio, un ringraziamento particolare alla ragazza che mi ha consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentile ma quando ho attivato un servizio con loro mi sono trovato la fattura gonfiata. Hanno aggiunto delle cose che non ho chiesto e sono3 mesi che provo di disattivare quella offerta e loro nn mi hanno aiutato per niente.
Very nice but when I activated a service with them I found the bill inflated. They added things I didn't ask for and I've been trying to deactivate that offer for 3 months and they didn't help me at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi spiace dover lasciare una recensione assolutamente negativa a causa di una persona dello staff , alla quale chiedendo notizia di una pratica aperta da una sua collega di negozio mesi orsono, sosteneva categoricamente che non poteva esserci perchè loro NON posso farlo! faccio presente che delle due l'una : o me lo ero sognato o la sua collega si era inventata la procedura, a quseta obiezione mi ha risposto di arrangiarmi e che dovevo telefonare al 187 e aprire io dopo mesi la pratica( in pratica , x lei me l'ero sognata....) Peccato che successivamente al 187 mi hanno confermato che effettivamente era stata effettivamente aperta da loro ma non risolta, e che per quel problema avrebbero potuto aiutarmi a risolverlo in negozio al momento della sottoscrizione del nuovo contratto
Inoltre a seguito a altri chiarimenti su un nuovo contratto ha fornito indicazioni errate come ho avuto modo di verificare con telefonata successiva al 187
Riassumendo :
personale (....almeno con chi ho avuto a che fare) assolutamente impreparato e scortese . Per me : tempo perso e nessuna assistenza, per loro :cliente perso e a mai più !

I point out that one of the two: either I had dreamed of it or her colleague had invented the procedure, to this objection she replied to make do and that I had to call 187 and open the file after months (in practice, x she had dreamed me ....) Too bad that after 187 they confirmed to me that it had actually been opened by them but not solved, and that for that problem they could have helped me to solve it in the shop at the time of signing the new contract
Furthermore, following other clarifications on a new contract, he provided incorrect information as I was able to verify with a telephone call after 187
Summing up :
staff (.... at least with whom I have had to deal) absolutely unprepared and rude. For me: lost time and no assistance, for them: lost customer and never again!
