★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessuna competenza! Ho portatato il mio smartphone a riparare per lo schermo rotto e mi è stato restituito non sigillato con la fotocamera danneggiata ed il GPS fuori uso! Dopo poco tempo ho dovuto comprarne un altro perché era inutilizzabile, nonostante fosse un cellulare da 700€. Il propietario non si faceva mai trovare in negozio, ho perso un sacco di tempo perché ha ordinato due volte degli schermi sbagliati, ho segnalato più volte i problemi senza mai trovare un riscontro serio da parte del negozio. Siccome mi è stato consegnato non sigillato ho potuto, fra l'altro, guardare l'interno... Mancavano metà delle viti ed i componenti erano fissati con lo scotch. Esperienza terribile, mai più.
No competence! I took my smartphone to repair for the broken screen and it was returned to me unsealed with the damaged camera and the GPS out of order! After a short time I had to buy another one because it was unusable, even though it was a 700 € mobile phone. The owner was never found in the store, I lost a lot of time because he ordered the wrong screens twice, I reported the problems several times without ever finding a serious feedback from the store. Since it was delivered to me unsealed I was able, among other things, to look inside ... Half of the screws were missing and the components were fixed with scotch tape. Horrible experience, never again.
