I don't know the name of the young lady who "helped" me for a telephone problem but I can say that she was a very, very helpful person. Thanks for the help, without her I would not have solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio in sé è ben tenuto e provvisto di ogni tipo di prodotto. Purtroppo il personale non è assolutamente valido. Non è concepibile trattenere almeno 20 minuti ogni singolo cliente, ma soprattutto non essere preparati e dover chiamare telefonicamente altro personale per ogni procedura. Personalmente la mia esperienza è insufficiente sotto molti punti di vista.
The shop itself is well maintained and stocked with all kinds of products. Unfortunately the staff is absolutely not good. It is not conceivable to keep each customer at least 20 minutes, but above all not to be prepared and having to call other staff by telephone for each procedure. Personally, my experience is insufficient in many ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Come servizio vale meno di una stella.tutti i servizi non sono stati capaci all'altezza di soddisfare. Ho portato un cellulare comprato da loro nuovissimo per un problema tecnico. Ho Consegnato pulito e lucido e nel momento del ritiro se non ho ancora chiesto almeno di pulire mi davano tutto sporco e le pellicole di protezione che mi sono costate tanto sia davanti che di dietro sono state tolte per giunta ho dovuto pagare nonostante che doveva essere coperto dalla garanzia la riparazione. Questa è la mia esperienza in questo negozio. Oltre ad aver aspettato più di un mese.
