Contratto contenete dati più errati che corretti (residenza, indirizzo di consegna del modem, indirizzo di attivazione della linea...un bel "triplete") e inottemperanza alla modifica degli stessi, con conseguente tempo perso ed un semplice "contatti l'assistenza clienti" ai problemi da loro causati.
Service to say the least bad. Contract containing more incorrect than correct data (residence, delivery address of the modem, activation address of the line ... a nice "triplete") and non-compliance with the modification of the same, with consequent lost time and a simple "contact customer support "to the problems they caused.

Dopo quasi tre settimane ho preferito annullate tutto, mi sarebbe piaciuto avessero telefonato almeno una volta. L'unico punto in loro favore: avrebbero attivato la promozione legata all'ordine anche se i tempi erano scaduti.
They were unable to cope with an order for an item within an acceptable time frame. After almost three weeks I preferred to cancel everything, I wish they had called at least once. The only point in their favor: they would have activated the promotion linked to the order even if the times had expired.

Very helpful and kind, nothing to say; unfortunately they were unable to sell the phone due to contract entry problems. Although the problem did not depend on them, they did not satisfy the customer.
