Ø	Øyvind Gjervik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dette er en kirke som er nydelig vakker innvendig; ikke like vakker på utsiden. Her har man vakre malerier oppe i taket/kuppelen. Her står benkene også plassert på en helt uvanlig måte, i en nesten halvsirkelformet rekke på hver sin side av kirken. Jeg var alene inne i kirken da jeg var her, og fikk oppleve stemningen uforstyrret. This is a beautifully beautiful church; not as beautiful on the outside. Here you have beautiful paintings in the roof / dome. Here the benches are also placed in a very unusual way, in a nearly semicircular row on each side of the church. I was alone in the church when I was here, experiencing the mood undisturbed.

Byl postaven v roce 1603 a byl vysvěcen v roce 1636 za závazek Gaudenzia Madruzze a jeho manželky Alfonsiny Gonzagy jako poutního místa k ochraně zázračného svatostánku. Kostel je v elegantním barokním stylu. Z vnější strany má čtvercový půdorys, zevnitř osmiúhelník s pěti oltáři, tři dveře, klenutý prostor s freskami a štuky, vyřezávané dřevěné konfesie, mramorové podlahy. Obrazy za hlavním oltářem, ve kterých je obraz zázračné Madony; v sboru freskové obrazy a elegantní stánky vyřezávané scénami z Bible. Altarpieces, líčit S. Carlo Borromeo a S. Gerolamo, být Palma il Giovane. Nástěnné malby v oleji jsou od Pietra Ricchiho nazvané il Lucchese, ty z kuželové kopule připisované Teofilo Polacco. Bílé, černé a zlaté štuky jsou dílem Davide Retiho (1609), jehož podpis je při vstupu do hlavních dveří vpravo. Byl připojen k klášteru Gerolimini (do roku 1807), poté (1816-1848) minoritů konvenčních bratří a poté (od roku 1877) k Ústavu Nejsvětějšího srdce Ježíšova, nyní je ve vlastnictví obce. Inviolata Church is the most important monument of Riva. It was built in 1603 and was consecrated in 1636 for the commitment of Gaudenzio Madruzze and his wife Alfonsina Gonzaga as a place of pilgrimage to protect the miraculous tabernacle. The church is in an elegant Baroque style. On the outside it has a square plan, on the inside an octagon with five altars, three doors, an arched space with frescoes and stucco, carved wooden confessions, marble floors. Paintings behind the main altar, in which there is a picture of the miraculous Madonna; in the choir fresco paintings and elegant stalls carved scenes from the Bible. The Altarpieces, depicting S. Carlo Borromeo and S. Gerolamo, are Palma il Giovane. The murals in oil are by Pietro Ricchi called il Lucches, those of the conical dome attributed to Teofilo Polacco. White, black and gold stucco are the work of David Reti (1609), whose signature is at the entrance to the main door on the right. It was connected to the Gerolimini monastery (until 1807), then (1816-1848) the minorities of the conventional brothers and then (from 1877) to the Sacred Heart Institute of Jesus, now owned by the village.

Di forma ottagonale e con porte esterne riccamente cesellate, offre il curatissimo e ben conservato patrimonio. Va solo visitata....... e, con adeguata e attenta visita, goduta. One of the most beautiful and interesting churches not only in Riva del Garda, but in much of north-eastern Italy. Alone worth the visit. With an octagonal shape and richly engraved external doors, it offers the well-kept and well-preserved heritage. It should only be visited ....... and, with adequate and careful visit, enjoyed.

p	patrizia leardini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di una bellezza che lascia con il naso all'insù mentre si guarda la volta coperta dagli affreschi e tra fregi barocchi colpisce il colore sapientemente dosati con i toni del marrone e l'oro , il pavimento bellissimo rende questa chiesa costruita sulla pietra eterna. Ogni angolo e ogni cappella sono curatissimi..... Da visitare... Of a beauty that leaves you with the nose up while you look at the vault covered by frescoes and between baroque friezes the color wisely dosed with shades of brown and gold strikes, the beautiful floor makes this church built on eternal stone. Every corner and every chapel are well-kept ..... To visit ...

Interno spettacolare ricco di opere d' arte di grande valore artistico : affreschi, statue, stucchi, confessionali in legno scolpito. Dietro l' altare maggiore si trova l' immagine della Madonna miracolosa. La cupola è un vero capolavoro. Visita più che soddisfacente. Si trova a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione corriere, zona centrale. Contesto esterno non dei migliori su un lato strada molto trafficata. Riva del Garda. Beautiful church in Baroque architectural style, the main place of worship in Riva del Garda. Spectacular interior full of works of art of great artistic value: frescoes, statues, stuccos, confessionals in carved wood. Behind the main altar is the image of the miraculous Madonna. The dome is a true masterpiece. Visit more than satisfactory. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the bus station, central area. Not the best outdoor setting on a very busy road side.

There could be a lot more done, to promote this beautiful church. I understand why it isn't used. However there is a lot of history written down in various languages, in the pamphlets provided, free of charge.
