We had great expectations for the evening, they were absolutely satisfied or even outdated! We had a lot of fun, we learned something new and ate very well!

Punti negativi:
-Troppe coppie e lo spazio piuttosto ridotto per poter lavorare bene e in libertà.
- Il ruolo delle coppie è stato semplicemente quello di comporre le basi
per le portate che erano già state precedentemente preparate dallo Staff
-Menù a sorpresa che si è rilevato molto povero e semplice per il prezzo che è stato pagato a persona.
Non è necessario proporre materie prime ricercate e costose, non doveva essere un corso di cucina completo ma sicuramente l'occasione per imparare qualcosa di nuovo e mettersi alla prova ai fornelli ma così non è stato.
Chef Alessandro De Santis e Staff gentili e disponibili.
HIGH EXPECTATIONS NOT SATISFIED!
Negative points:
-Too many couples and rather small space to be able to work well and freely.
- The role of couples was simply to lay the foundations
for the courses that had already been previously prepared by the Staff
- Surprise menu that turned out to be very poor and simple for the price that was paid per person.
It is not necessary to offer refined and expensive raw materials, it should not have been a complete cooking class but certainly the opportunity to learn something new and test yourself in the kitchen but it was not so.
Chef Alessandro De Santis and friendly and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima esperienza con lo chef Alessandro De Santis, che ha saputo trasformare in poco tempo il mio imbarazzo iniziale dato dal non saper cucinare in una esperienza piacevole e divertente.
Tre ore circa di tempo in.cui abbiamo avuto modo di creare un fantastico menú la cui complessità non é stato affatto un problema grazie alle direttive dello chef e del suo preparato staff che ci ha seguito e consigliato in tutti i passaggi.
Una serata che ha superato di molto le aspettative iniziale, sicuramente da rifare, consigliato vivamente.
Wonderful experience with chef Alessandro De Santis, who was able to transform my initial embarrassment given by not knowing how to cook into a pleasant and fun experience in a short time.
About three hours of time in which we had the opportunity to create a fantastic menu whose complexity was not a problem at all thanks to the directives of the chef and his trained staff who followed and advised us in all the steps.
An evening that far exceeded initial expectations, certainly to be redone, highly recommended.

La coppia deve solo comporre le basi per le portate preparate prima dallo staff.
Il menù a sorpresa è molto povero e decisamente banale e semplice per il prezzo pagato a persona.
Non era un corso di cucina completo ma ci aspettavamo che fosse un'occasione per imparare qualcosa di nuovo e mettersi alla prova ma così non è stato.
Chef e Staff gentili e disponibili.
Non lo consiglierei, il gioco e il menu non valgono decisamente il prezzo pagato.

The couple only has to compose the bases for the courses prepared beforehand by the staff.
The surprise menu is very poor and decidedly banal and simple for the price paid per person.
It wasn't a complete cooking class but we expected it to be an opportunity to learn something new and challenge yourself but it didn't.
Friendly and helpful chefs and staff.
I would not recommend it, the game and the menu are definitely not worth the price paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last weekend we celebrated my 40th birthday by organizing a cooking event at Teatro7 Lab. We had high expectations for the evening, but they were exceeded on every account! I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team of Teatrosette Lab, but especially to the Chef Stefano Callegaro.
The venue was great, the food was absolutely delicious and everyone had a really good time. Stefano did a fantastic job by not only teaching us the secrets of the Italian cuisine, but also being an excellent facilitator of the evening, creating a very warm and trustful atmosphere. My friends and I had a fantastic time and would like to say a big thank you for that!
