Per procedure che potrebbero fare tranquillamente (non essendoci una persona per mezz'ora in filiale) non riescono a fartelo, perché ti dicono di prendere appuntamento, processi che ripeto qualunque sportello ti fa un meno di un secondo. Servizio pessimo!
Branch that is always empty, but employees don't want to work. For procedures that could easily do (since there is not a person for half an hour in the branch) they cannot let you, because they tell you to make an appointment, processes that I repeat, any door makes you less than a second. Bad service!
