★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conosco la ditta Grazioli da decenni, grazie al grandissimo chef Aimo Moroni, che me la ha fatta conoscere negli anni ‘80. In tanti anni in cui ho mangiato i loro prodotti e mi sono servito da loro non ho MAI, dico e ripeto MAI, avuto una delusione. Tartufi bianchi davvero super, freschi e, soprattutto, sempre garantito delle Langhe (diversamente da altri che tengono in un contenitore un tartufo langarolo insieme a 10 dell’est per diffondere il profumo e poi Ti vendono gli altri allo stesso prezzo e non sanno di nulla). Io non sono avvezzo a pubblicare recensioni, ma sulla qualità, correttezza e serietà di Grazioli sono felice di espormi.
I have known the Grazioli company for decades, thanks to the great chef Aimo Moroni, who introduced me to it in the 1980s. In the many years in which I have eaten their products and have served from them I have NEVER, I say and repeat NEVER, had a disappointment. Really super, fresh and, above all, always guaranteed white truffles from the Langhe (unlike others who keep a Langhe truffle in a container together with 10 from the east to spread the scent and then they sell you the others at the same price and don't know anything ). I am not used to publishing reviews, but I am happy to expose myself on the quality, correctness and seriousness of Grazioli.

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili, consiglio di contattarli telefonicamente o sui social, l'indirizzo mostrato non è un negozio fisico ma semplicemente la loro base operativa. E' possibile trovarli di persona presso il loro banchetto settimanale in Cascina Cuccagna oppure si può ordinare tartufi freschi e prodotti contattandoli telefonicamente o sul loro e-commerce. Assolutamente consigliati!
I tried their fresh truffle by contacting them by phone. The truffle was of fantastic quality and I managed to create some delicious noodles.
The owners are kind and helpful, I recommend contacting them by phone or on social media, the address shown is not a physical store but simply their operational base. It is possible to find them in person at their weekly banquet in Cascina Cuccagna or you can order fresh truffles and products by contacting them by phone or on their e-commerce. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un tartufo presso la fiera Golosaria di Milano tenutasi il weekend del 6 Novembre. Risultato: un piccolissimo tartufo pagato 15€ che ho tentato di consumare il mercoledì seguente è risultato PIENO di muffa, senza profumo, e chiaramente VECCHIO. Grandissima delusione.
I bought a truffle at the Golosaria fair in Milan held on the weekend of November 6th. Result: a very small truffle paid for € 15 that I tried to consume the following Wednesday turned out to be FULL of mold, without perfume, and clearly OLD. Huge disappointment.
