★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordate quando da piccoli, al cinema o sui libri, ci si imbatteva nella figura di Sherlock Holmes?
A me affascinava l'idea che ogni piccolo dettaglio, potesse anche da solo contenere tutte le informazioni per svelare il quadro generale.
Con Linda e Manuela è andata esattamente così, io da collega mi sono permesso di recapitargli una piccola richiesta di carattere professionale (ignorata dai più) e con generosità loro hanno voluto ricambiarmi con un quadro capace di essere esauriente, chiaro, e soprattutto aperto verso il futuro.
Ma proprio perché i dettagli non sono altro che la proiezione del tutto che li genera, questo senso di impegno e partecipazione lo si ritrova evidente a chiunque guardi l'insieme dei loro lavori. Essere intimamente presenti ai bisogni e alle richieste degli altri significa essere capaci di accendere quelle scintille che poi fanno nascere le cose, rendendo speciali le situazioni, le relazioni e i luoghi.
Produrre "senso di qualità" credo voglia dire questo: rendere speciale quello che i più trascurano o addirittura ignorano. Manuela e Linda certamente non trascurano o ignorano nulla.

 Remember when as a child, in the cinema or in books, you came across the figure of Sherlock Holmes?
I was fascinated by the idea that every little detail could even by itself contain all the information to reveal the general picture.
With Linda and Manuela it went exactly like this, as a colleague I allowed myself to send them a small request of a professional nature (ignored by most) and with generosity they wanted to reciprocate me with a picture capable of being exhaustive, clear, and above all open to the future.
But precisely because the details are nothing more than the projection of the whole that generates them, this sense of commitment and participation is evident to anyone who looks at their work as a whole. Being intimately present to the needs and requests of others means being able to ignite those sparks that then give birth to things, making situations, relationships and places special.
I think producing a "sense of quality" means this: making special what most people neglect or even ignore. Manuela and Linda certainly do not neglect or ignore anything.
