Servirebbe un marciapiede che la contornasse, la possibilità di accedervi internamente tramite eventualmente delle passerelle e di maggior visibilità per i turisti. Il teatro risale all'epoca Neroniana seconda metà del primo secolo d.c. venne costruito principalmente per intrattenere i nobili romani che venivano in vacanza ad Anzio. La scelta di una sola stella è dovuta per le condizioni di abbandono da parte dell'amministrazione locale, visitabile solo dall'esterno in quanto recintato, non estistono cartelli/segnaletica/informazioni relative al teatro purtroppo non è l'unico monumento in queste condizioni.
