 Always suggestive, one of the most beautiful towns of the Lazio coast with a strong identity due to its history and its monuments. Porto Innocenziano is one of the most characteristic places together with the ruins of the villa jutting out over the sea of the emperor Nero.

A small charming town with lots of shops, a large selection of dining options, beautiful beach, Nero's grottoes and palace ruins blend in nicely with the beach, great place for photos, Housing clean beach, not far from the train station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schön hier. Einen Ausflug wert, wenn man in Rom ist. Die Regionalbahn fährt stündlich, Tickets kann man bequem online buchen. Man ist ca ne Stunde unterwegs. Ist man in Anzio angekommen, läuft man ca. 1,5 km zum Hafen, wo man direkt am Meer lecker essen kann.
Very beautiful here. Worth a visit when in Rome. The regional train runs every hour, tickets can be conveniently booked online. You're about an hour away. Once you have arrived in Anzio, you walk about 1.5 km to the port, where you can eat delicious food right by the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too close or far from the beach. You'll have to walk a little but there is a sign to help guide you in the right direction. It's a small station so there isn't really any confusion for if you are getting on the correct train.
