★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price can be expensive from outside, but once you'll get inside you'll find a real amazing place!
It would be a shame to visit Taormina without visiting this monument.
The view is absolutely gorgeous and out of this world, one of the most beautiful place you'll ever see in Sicily

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly another must see location when touring the beautiful island of Sicily. A beautiful large ancient Greek theatre, set in an absolutely stunning location. Second largest Greek theatre in Sicily besides Syracuse. Very highly recommended tourist location.

The BEST attraction in Taormina!
The ancient Greeks loved to construct their buildings in beautiful scenic locations and here they found the pairing of Etna and the Naxos bay, with a wonderful breathtaking view.
This place underwent various adaptations in Roman times to become also an arena for gladiators. You walk through history!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I only wish it had been a clearer day so we could’ve seen Mt. Etna, but even so it was spectacular views. And the theatre itself is spectacular to see. I can’t imagine going to Taormina and not coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A must when in Taormina. Stunning views of the city, Etna, and the coast. The Teatro is stunning. Very historical. We LOVED our visit to this historical landmark. Arrive early because it gets busy later in morning and afternoon.
