★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb 1/2 day tour to Etna, with a great guide (Alexandro). Collected by minivan from our hotel, easy drive to Etna, coffee and comfort break at their base, then a gentle hike around some craters and down in to a subterranean lava pipe. Informative all the way, from volcanology to local flora and fauna. Finished with a fresh panini and local wine. Perfect!

All the way to the "old" 19th century volcanoes he was explaining how Etna shaped this part of island: agriculture, flora, culture,... And what's unusual about the volcano itself.
Tip: if you're planning to go therez make sure you will have a sunny day. We've been waiting couple days for a good weather. And in the mid December and the view of the peaks covered in snow is magnificent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic full day excursion to Etna, nearby winery and Alcantara lead by Giuseppe. Everything well organised with professional and yet relaxed approach. There were a lot of fun, laughs, knowledge given, storytelling & inside knowledge by the local guide who lives and breathes the place. Highly recommended!
