A	Anastasia Ponzio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced and I overrated. Not to go back. Al least because it’s dangerous. Seems it’s falling down. Didn’t dare going out to balcony although the view is amazing. The concrete is partly destroyed and keeps falling down. The rooms are rather dated. Bad smell in the toilet. In the morning there is additional smell of fried staff i the room since dining room isn’t ventilated at all and the eggs are made right there. Poor breakfast. Undrinkable coffee.
N	Nigel Richardson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has a 1 for the following reasons only. The hotel location, the views and pool area. The rest was poor to say the least. The reception staff were the most ignorant and unhelpful I have ever encountered this spread to the catering staff who we were told were a separate entity to the rest of the hotel. APPALLING. The only friendly person was the laundry maid. The breakfast was average at best the final morning no bacon at all. For a supposed 4 star hotel it is not acceptable to have wallpaper hanging off, have no decaffeinated coffee for 5 days, have to wait 45 minutes for a coffee, no working air con. The owning company needs to take a serious look at the staffing issues as we were not the only guests with the above opinions and concerns.
A	Andrejs Ambrosovs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is well worth paying extra for a room with sea view. The view is just amazing! You get to see mount Etna, the sea and the town of Taormina all in one picture from your balcony. This is the main selling point of the hotel. My partner fell in love with the view and made me stay another night in this hotel even though it hasn't been planned originally. The breakfast was okay. Eggs and bacon cooked to order. Lots of of sweet pastries available. I understand that we came in low season, however the place looked almost abandoned and none of the facilities were available. The wellness center was a joke. Nothing worked apart from a cold salt cave. You need to give a 30 minutes notice if you want to use it. I would highly recommend not to bother. They claim to have a bar, however I asked for a drink 3 times at various points in the day and never got one. There was always a vague excuse for the bar to be closed. 2 out of claimed 4 stars should be taken off right away. No minibar as well. The rooms look old and tired, screaming for a refurbish. No soundproofing. You can hear your neighbors coughing, showering and watching TV. It will cost you 15 EUR to park your car on site. Very awkward to get to the hotel in your car without entering ZTL restricted traffic zone (this is not a problem of the hotel, but still worth highlighting). Google maps just won't show a plausible route.
K	Kara R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel had a great location, great views, good pool and good decor. I gave it 4 stars mostly for the price and location. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk to the Greek Theater and most restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated and everything was not functioning properly, however the gorgeous view from the balcony out-weighed the negatives of the room. The breakfast was sufficient and on-par with others we had during our trip - not the best and not the worst. Parking is available at the hotel, but it is not free.
E	Emile Vink on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once we arrived we got informed badly about the parking, getting there is a challenge already, quite narrow. But still okay because that's to be expected. Than we got mislead to the wrong parking spot. Once we got into the room we found a bug in de bathtub. The view out of the back of the hotel is not fancy at all. But also doesn't get told whether or not we would get a nice view or not at all. The rooms feel dirty. And like I said bugs in the bathtube.. there is no way of getting a iron, whereas that is mandatory for a 4 star hotel... Next to that there is not a phone in the room. besides all of that in general Sicilian people don't like really want to deal with foreigners but in a 4 star hotel I would like to believe that is also what we kinda pay for. Whereas that is not what you get, guess that's the mentality.
J	Jennifer Wingham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh what a view and a great location. The staff are so helpful too guiding us to the best way to get to the town and to Catania Airport. The only down side was no hot water for half a day but this was sorted.
O	Oltita Volovat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to stay in Taormina and enjoy the vibe. Taormina Park Hotel offers the real Sicilian experience, that we all looking for when traveling. The terrace views are unbelievably beautiful and we can spend lots of time in the hotel, without the crowns, and still have better views. The hotel is on the side with Etna, the moon rising can be seen from the balcony. Some other stuff: the hotel is art nouveau, the charming Italian style. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable for long stays. Position: I think the accommodations near Viila Comunale have the best position because are halfway between the old city and the beach.

Starting from the beautiful design of the cappuccino cups, beautiful big room with the best view of Taormina and finishing with very nice people that work in this hotel… everything is amazing here! The vibe, the pool are amazing here… the best cappuccino made by Giuseppe and the best pizza made by Andrea! The lady from the desk very nice and very helpful as well! I’m so sorry we didn’t stay longer in this fairytale place… plus Taormina is a gorgeous place to be! Thank you so much for the lovely vibe and for how nice everything was!
