G	Giuseppe Massaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All positive reviews are true. The hospitality you receive from this hotel is unreal. My entire family were treated as if we were a part of theirs. Valerio goes out of his way to make sure his guests are treated the way they are and it shows through the employees. Grazia was just absolutely amazing. She is on top of everything, remembers who you are, she even remembered what I get for breakfast in the morning. I'm really going to miss this place, but will definitely be returning. And the views go without saying, impeccable. I can just keep going on and on, just outstanding!

Rooms are comfortable and even though we didn’t have a balcony, both our bedroom and bathroom had a view to the amazing pool/garden and sea.

Otherwise, would happily come back, especially for those views. Bonus points for amazing gym and staff!

Good location - walkable to everywhere, nice room - comfortable bed, good space with a view from the balcony windows, quiet (even though it’s in the middle of everything) hotel staff is most helpful and friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay after 2 nights can’t get enough of this hotel - love it! Must return!

Delightful hotel, fabulous staff, quiet location but 5 mins walk to the town, very clean rooms with mini fridges (daily supply of cold water), hairdryers & the usual shower gel etc. Full buffet breakfast with a great choice and a swimming pool cafe serving a wide variety of dishes until 1800. No restaurant in the hotel for evening meals but plenty of decent ones nearby. Unheated swimming pool surrounded by decent amount of chaise longues and very pretty gardens. Lift down to the pool area for those who have accessibility difficulty. Excellent, very quiet seaview rooms and many of the rooms have great views of Etna. One hour taxi transfer from airport or take the cheaper train (change at Catania) to Taormina-Guardina & then 7 min taxi ride. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.
D	Dani D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a suite in the new building, be aware that this is across the road 2 mins walk from the main hotel (inc a v steep walk to the entrance), so if you plan to use the pool / garden, it may be inconvenient! - room very new and clean, but some teething issues like broken heating and lights - hotel gardens and view very beautiful - good breakfast selection but quality of some items not the best - some staff were very nice, others were quite rude - good location for exploring Taormina - small tip, walk through the park instead of the road on your way into town! - the toiletries are poor quality, don’t rely on these and bring your own (e.g neon green 2in1 shampoo / conditioner)
