Casualmente poi abbiamo trovato un taxi li vicino ed è stato molto molto educato e gentile il signore,simpatico e abbiamo avuto un prezzo molto basso. Consiglio di parlare direttamente con il taxxista piuttosto che con il call center Call center with us rude, disrespectful. L	LAURA VINCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giorno 03/09/2021 ho chiamato intorno alle ore 15:/00 - 15:30, insieme a due mie amiche il servizio taxi, per farci venire a prendere all'hotel Dante e portarci alla stazione di Cervia. L'autista che si è presentato sembrava infastidito perchè, essendoci il triathlon, non poteva arrivare all'ingresso dell'Hotel e per questo gli siamo andate incontro a piedi. Nonostante tutto è stato molto scortese e ha guidato in malo modo, arrivati alla stazione, pur vedendo la difficoltà per scendere non ci ha fatto utilizzare i gradini che servono ad agevolare l'uscita dall'auto. Cosicchè una delle mie amiche scendendo è caduta e il tipo non si è nemmeno preoccupato di aiutarla anzi ha aggredito me verbalmente perchè l'ho ripreso. Addirittura mi ha detto che noi paghiamo il trasporto e non altro perchè il servizi taxi è un servizio pubblico. La maleducazione di certi elementi non aiuta la vostra azienda, anzi.... La prossima, non solo non chiamero voi ma sicuramente non faremo una buona pubblicità. Ho fatto lo stesso tragitto in andata e ritorno. per il viaggio di andata il van disponeva di una sorta di tassametro. All'arrivo segnava 10 euro ed ho pagato la cifra richiesta che fra l'altro ritengo congrua. Per il viaggio di ritorno, il van non aveva tassametro, e nonostante il viaggio fosse stato senza traffico e molto più scorrevole, all'arrivo mi viene chiesto 15 euro. Senza fare nessuna polemica ho chiesto perchè 10 euro all'andata e 15 euro al ritorno, al che l'autista, senza battere ciglio ha detto, ok, dammi 10 euro..... Ora, io mi domando, ma la tariffa è fatta a caso? solo per capire...
