β β β β β Un incubo come tutti gli uffici italiani, personale impreparato e senza la minima voglia di aiutarti, disorganizzazione e di conseguenza file interminabili. Servizio quasi inesistente praticamente e personale molto scortese.
A nightmare like all Italian offices, unprepared staff and without the slightest desire to help you, disorganization and consequently interminable files. Almost non-existent service and very rude staff.

β β β β β Molto bravi i dipendenti. Trovano sempre il modo di darti una mano. L'unica pecca Γ¨ l'organizzazione con noi clienti. Purtroppo anche se ultimamente sono stati messi i numeri, c'Γ¨ sempre qualcuno che bara e salta la fila, e non Γ¨ corretto vista la tanta attesa.
Very good employees. They always find ways to help you out. The only flaw is the organization with us customers. Unfortunately, even if the numbers have been put lately, there is always someone who cheats and skips the line, and it is not correct given the long wait.

Anni che sono in Italia, in Romagna
Mi sono sempre trovata bene con la UIL e altri patronati che sono sempre stati in grado di venirmi incontro e svolgere al meglio il loro lavoro
E ancora da tanti anni che lavoro nel turismo/ ristorazione e posso capire quanto sia impegnativo lavorare con il publico
Sono anche dellβopinione perΓ² che se uno non Γ¨ portato dovrebbe evitare
Un esempio ( per due giorni di fila) Γ¨ stato nel mio caso una certa signora Daniela che lavora negli uffici UIL Cervia con quale ho avuto il βpiacere β di interagire
Scortese e quasi sempre disturbata da ogni domanda
Si Γ¨ permessa addirittura di alzare la voce al telefono e poi non essendo disposta a darmi le informazioni che avevo gentilmente chiesto mi ha chiuso il telefono riferendo che aveva una pratica aperta quindi non poteva piΓΉ stare al telefono con me
????

Years that I am in Italy, in Romagna
I have always felt comfortable with the UIL and other patronages who have always been able to meet me and do their job in the best possible way
I have been working in tourism / catering for many years and I can understand how challenging it is to work with the public
However, I am also of the opinion that if one is not good, one should avoid
An example (for two days in a row) was in my case a certain lady Daniela who works in the UIL Cervia offices with whom I had the "pleasure" of interacting
Rude and almost always bothered by any questions
She even allowed herself to raise her voice on the phone and then not being willing to give me the information I had kindly asked for, she closed the phone and reported that she had an open file so she could no longer be on the phone with me
????
