★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essendo trapanese conoscevo già le isole egadi ma grazie alla mr trapani transfer ho vissuto una giornata indimenticabile.. Lo staff eccezionale, Alessio persona fantastica, gentile e molto professionale... Edoardo che ci ha accompagnate durante la nostra escursione, gentilissimo sempre pronto ad accontentare tutte le nostre richieste, il gommone super fornito di attrezzature. Le nostre isole vissute con loro hanno acquistato ancora più fascino e bellezza.. Il momento del tramonto ai faraglioni di levanzo con aperitivo è stato uno dei momenti che non dimenticherò mai... Consiglio a tutti di provare questa esperienza perché quando si trovano persone così professionali e soprattutto attente ai dettagli un'esperienza come questa può diventare superlativa.
 Since we already knew the Trapani egadi but thanks to mr drills transfer I lived an unforgettable day .. The exceptional staff, Alessio fantastic person, kind and very professional ... Edoardo who accompanied us during our excursion, friendly always ready to please all our requests, the super equipped boat. Our islands lived with them have gained more charm and beauty .. The time of sunset to the stacks of levanzo with appetizer was one of the moments I will never forget ... I recommend everyone to try this experience because when you find people so professional and especially attentive to detail an experience like this can become superb.

Ho affittato uno scooter 125cc per 7 giorni per poter girare in comodità la città e le spiaggie di Trapani, ma anche per evitare il problema del parcheggio auto.
Ho contattato i ragazzi di MR Trapani Transfer per telefono e sono stati fin da subito cordiali e disponibili.
Mi hanno prenotato lo scooter per telefono, spiegandomi bene cosa comprendesse la tariffa.
Le tariffe sono competitive e più basse della concorrenza.
Il giorno del mio arrivo i ragazzi sono stati puntuali, disponibili e simpatici.
Mi hanno mostrato lo scooter, spiegato bene le sue funzionalità.
Lo scooter era nuovissimo, aveva 500 km.
Mi sono trovato benissimo, maneggevole e consumi bassissimi.
Organizzano anche escursioni in gommone per l'isola di Favignana con aperitivo con prodotti tipici e prosecco DOC, da FAVOLA.
Cosa dire, BRAVI E GRAZIE RAGAZZI.

I rented a 125cc scooter for 7 days to get around the city and the beaches of Trapani in comfort, but also to avoid the problem of car parking.
I contacted the guys at MR Trapani Transfer by phone and they were immediately friendly and helpful.
They booked me the scooter by phone, explaining myself well what the tariff included.
The rates are competitive and lower than the competition.
On the day of my arrival the boys were punctual, helpful and friendly.
They showed me the scooter, explained its functionality well.
The scooter was brand new, it had 500 km.
I had a great time, manageable and very low consumption.
They also organize raft trips to the island of Favignana with an aperitif with typical products and DOC prosecco, from FAVOLA.
What to say, BRAVI AND THANKS GUYS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CI HANNO ROVINATO UNA VACANZA - DA DENUNCIARE
Avevo prenotato uno scooter 125, con acconto già versato e mail di conferma da parte del locatore.
Arriviamo a trapani e ci rechiamo subito nel luogo per il ritiro dello scooter, per scoprire che, A FRONTE DI UN ACCONTO GIA' VERSATO E MAIL DI CONFERMA, che "non avevano registrato la nostra prenotazione in gestionale" e non avevano più uno scooter da affittare, sconvolgendoci letteralmente la vacanza.
Si sono adoperati a trovarci una soluzione, ma su 6 giorni, sono riusciti a trovarci uno scooter solo per i primi 2 giorni (tramite un altra agenzia, ai quali non hanno nemmeno spiegato quale fosse stato il problema, probabilmente per la vergogna) ed uno scooter affittato da loro per un solo giorno. Immaginerete che, a fronte del disguido, non ci abbiano fatto pagare il servizio, ed invece hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farci pagare la tariffa pattuita.
Io non ho mai fatto una recensione da 1 stella, ma capite bene che queste sono cose che non dovrebbero MAI accadere, non mi è mai capitato un disservizio così grave.
INACCETTABILE, queste sono cose da terzo mondo
Mi auguro proprio non rispondano, provandosi a giustificare, perchè mi vergogno per loro.
WE HAVE RUINED A HOLIDAY - TO REPORT
I had booked a scooter 125, with a deposit already paid and a confirmation email from the landlord.
We arrive in Trapani and immediately go to the place to collect the scooter, to discover that, IN FRONT OF A DEPOSIT ALREADY PAID AND A CONFIRMATION MAIL, that "they had not registered our booking in the management system" and no longer had a scooter from rent, literally upsetting the holiday.
They worked to find a solution for us, but over 6 days, they managed to find us a scooter only for the first 2 days (through another agency, to which they did not even explain what the problem was, probably out of shame) and one scooter rented by them for just one day. You will imagine that, in the face of the inconvenience, they did not charge us for the service, and instead had the nerve to make us pay the agreed rate.
I have never done a 1 star review, but understand that these are things that should NEVER happen, I have never had such a serious disservice.
UNACCEPTABLE, these are third world things
I really hope they don't answer, trying to justify themselves, because I'm ashamed for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima,professionalità e organizzazione pari a zero....Abbiamo prenotato qualche giorno prima per avere un gommone il giorno di Ferragosto. Hanno mandato una mail il giorno prima per disdire il gommone e riproporci un altro gommone più grande, abbiamo riaccettato la proposta anche se la cifra era raddoppiata, ma ci hanno detto che in realtà non c' era nessuna disponibilità perché le prenotazioni telefoniche non erano allineate con quelle del sito. Che dire...aspettatevi di prenotare per poi subire una disdetta il giorno prima. Una grande delusione
Bad experience, professionalism and organization equal to zero .... We booked a few days before to have a dinghy on August 15th. They sent an email the day before to cancel the dinghy and propose another bigger dinghy to us, we accepted the proposal again even if the amount had doubled, but they told us that in reality there was no availability because the telephone reservations were not aligned with those of the site. What can I say ... expect to book and then be canceled the day before. A big disappointment

abbiamo prenotato uno scooter, versato l’acconto e ricevuto l’email di conferma da parte di mr trapani transfer.
Arrivati a trapani ci rechiamo subito nel luogo per il ritiro dello scooter, ma ci hanno liquidato con la scusa che "non avevano registrato la nostra prenotazione in gestionale" e non avevano più uno scooter da affittare, lasciandoci completamente a piedi.
Capirete che un tale disservizio, è stato talmente grave da stravolgerci completamente la vacanza. Hanno poi cercato di rimediare trovandoci uno scooter presso un’ altra agenzia per soli 2 giorni e dandoci un loro scooter per un altro giorno, lasciandoci comunque scoperti per gli altri giorni della vacanza e facendoci comunque pagare queste 3 giornate di scooter nonostanze il grande disagio che ci hanno causato. Mai più!!!

You will understand that such a disservice was so serious as to completely upset our holiday. They then tried to remedy by finding us a scooter at another agency for only 2 days and giving us their scooter for another day, leaving us uncovered for the other days of the holiday and still making us pay for these 3 days of scooter despite the great inconvenience that they caused us. Never again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se affittate la barca o il gommone: Spettacolare esperienza alle egadi, partite più presto possibile, è una giornata unica tutta da godersi. Alessio ed Edoardo sono i due ragazzi che abbiamo conosciuto noi, il primo ci ha fatto da organizzatore e persona più ospitale non ce n'è. Il secondo ci ha fatto da skipper per il giro, è come avere un amico in più a bordo, fantastico.
Se prendete gli scooter: non avrete problemi a girarvi i posti più belli della zona, troverete all'agenzia una ragazza molto gentile ad aspettarvi e aspiegarvi il tutto. Tutti e tre inoltre sono super disponibili a darvi qualsiasi consiglio per posti e specialità tipiche della posto.
Andateci e fidatevi non ce ne pentirete.

If you rent the boat or the dinghy: Spectacular experience in the Egadi Islands, leave as soon as possible, it is a unique day to be enjoyed. Alessio and Edoardo are the two guys we met, the first acted as organizer and there is no more hospitable person. The second served as skipper for the tour, it's like having an extra friend on board, fantastic.
If you take the scooters: you will have no problem getting around the most beautiful places in the area, you will find at the agency a very kind girl waiting for you and waiting for you. All three are also super willing to give you any advice for places and specialties typical of the place.
Go there and trust us you will not regret it.
