I don't understand why there is no way to give ZERO stars to the services that this structure offers mainly ... to the non-existent empathy of the staff and its preparation ... but who pays for these idlers?

Il personale è molto gentile ed i tempi di attesa per gli esami sono generalmente minori che in altre strutture pubbliche. Small hospital located in a quiet area. The staff is very nice and the waiting times for exams are generally shorter than in other public facilities.

Un’ulteriore richiesta di una prescrizione per un’ecografia ci è stata negata. Ho aspettato 15 minuti che arrivasse l'impiegata poi ho dovuto aspettare 45 perché, anche se ero presente hanno fatto passare la persona dopo. Mi è stato risposto che se uno arriva in ritardo, fanno passare quello dopo anche se ci sei. Other than I heard from a doctor that they have the worst MRI machine there is, they also have a great rudeness. I waited 15 minutes for the employee to arrive then I had to wait 45 because, even though I was present, they let the person pass after. I was told that if one arrives late, they let the next one through even if you are there.

Comfortable environment. While doing the Tac you can admire the ceiling in which a bright sky with clouds appears (logically fake).
A	Av G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che per analisi del sangue, visite mediche e somministrazioni di vaccini, il servizio è sempre stato più che soddisfacente. Ma questa mattina mi sono rivolta al cup per richiedere il certificato vaccinale della bambina e l impiagata, in maniera anche poco cortese mi ha detto di rivolgermi all ambulatorio del pediatra di comunità, che riceve solo una mattina a settimana....loro rilasciano solo certificati "dai 16 ai 16 anni"...che non so nemmeno cosa voglia dire...a mio avviso un cup dovrebbe rilasciarli senza strane distinzioni, senza rimbalrzarti ad altri ambulatori della medesima struttura e soprattutto senza alcuna motivazione a domanda fatta. Lavoro anch'io in un ente pubblico penso spero di rendere un servizio più cortese e migliore.
