Impossibile avere gentilezza quando, invece, si è clienti disposti a pagare (e anche proofumatamente). Salvo solo un conducente sulla 60na che ho trovato fortuitamente in stazione al mio arrivo.
The few times I called I found people unnecessarily rude and indifferent. It is impossible to have kindness when, on the other hand, we are customers willing to pay (and even proof). Except only one driver on the 60na that I accidentally found at the station on my arrival.
