Tramite una scalinata di fronte alla stazione è possibile recarsi verso la zona lago, senza dubbio una delle viste più belle in assoluto. Da questo parcheggio al centro di Stresa saranno necessari al massimo 7 minuti a piedi, non c'è limite di orario e la zona è abbastanza trafficata così che non si debba stare in pensiero per la propria auto lasciata sola soletta.
