★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questo parcheggio non ho mai avuto problemi. Parcheggio comodissimo , pulito e sicuro. Servizio di ascensore per chi ha problemi o chi non ha voglia di fare le scale. La rampa per le auto e comoda e ci si muove facilmente nell' accedere ai vari piani. Economico in rapporto con quello che si paga nei parcheggi esterni. Facile e moderno anche nei pagamenti. Bravi

La rampa di accesso ai piani superiori è a doppio senso, ed è un po' stretta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo il grande ritardo nel consegnare alla nostra città un comodo parcheggio multipiano, purtroppo ad oggi ancora questo non funziona bene: la segnalazione dei posti auto liberi non corrisponde mai a quelli realmente disponibili!!! Lampadine fulminate al primo piano da due settimane: le scale al buio pesto sono pericolose come i corridoi di collegamento dello stesso piano, perché al buio si potrebbe incappare in qualche malintenzionato. Le aiuole esterne non sono state progettate con l'idea di avere degli spazi verdi piacevoli alla vista, ordinati, puliti e di facile manutenzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcheggio multipiano comodo per visitare il centro storico, ho riscontrato una anomalia nelle tariffe applicate. Sul sito della A.V.T Varese è indicata la tariffa di 1 € per la prima ora e 0,5€ per le ore successive, peccato che per 3 ore e 24 minuti ho speso 3,50€ da transazione con Telepass. Se vengono applicate delle tariffe diverse dal dichiarato non si fa una bella figura.

Occorre fare pagare a kWh, così è assurdo.
Se sto un’ora pago € 3,3/kWh, 10 volte tanto il costo della colonnina Enel posta all’uscita.
Poi non è neanche indicata la potenza in kW delle colonnine (occupate impunemente da auto a combustione) che occorre camminare per il parcheggio per trovarle perché non esiste segnalazione.
Prima di fare le cose (e riempirsi la bocca con “sostenibile”) occorre studiare.
