Niente giri di parole ne agenzia con impiegati a braccia conserte che compilano un questionario e ti salutano con tanti sorrisi e ...neppure si ricordano che ci sei!!Loro ci provano sul serio quindi brave! Le famiglie pagano un'iscrizione bella alta per la ricerca del personale e trovo assurdo far pagare chi si offre di lavorare e da lustro all'agenzie con qualifiche e referenze !!!! Secondo me: questa donna non doveva essere li come risorsa umana, di umanità lei non ha niente! Non ha rispetto per le persone che vanno li cercare lavoro, urla, dice quello che vuole davanti a tutti, perchè non c'è una privacy; è una stanza alla entrata con odore di fumo! Questa donna doveva essere rilassata, dolce, amabile con le persone che vanno li, fare sedere queste persone una per una davanti a lei, e guardare gl'occhi e il viso di questa persona, per vedere si sta bene psicologicamente, avere un dialogo con le domande, e ascoltare il soggetto davanti a se , con il risultato d'una speranza di avere un lavoro. On 08/09/2017 I went to this agency looking for a job, but it was a horrendous thing, the consultant is a very rude and arrogant. In my opinion: this woman was not supposed to be there as a human resource, she has nothing of humanity!
