Umanità e presenza costante, professionalità e accortezza da parte di tutto il personale, disponibilità e comunicazione efficace sono state tra le prerogative principali che hanno caratterizzato l'esperienza che ci ha toccato. A heartfelt thanks to all those who took care of my uncle for his short stay at the facility (rose sector). Humanity and constant presence, professionalism and foresight on the part of all the staff, availability and effective communication were among the main prerogatives that characterized the experience that touched us.
D	Deni B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura andrebbe un po' rimodernata, la manutenzione degli arredi, ai servizi igienici ed agli infissi è molto carente, il cibo è peggiorato nel corso del tempo infatti quando abbiamo iniziato a frequentare la struttura tre anni fa al sabato o alla domenica qualche volta pranzavamo assieme alla zia al self service ed era accettabile, da più di un anno è proprio da evitare infatti basta notare che una volta al self service c'erano molti ospiti con i loro familiari mentre negli ultimi mesi ci sono pochissime persone ma solamente il personale.... peccato perché era un bel servizio e non è poco poter pranzare con i propri cari, perché non tutti gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di essere portati a casa... Non si chiede che i pasti siano da ristorante 5 stelle ma che il cibo servito agli ospiti della struttura sia per lo meno commestibile... Prima di ricoverarla in questa struttura tutti in famiglia eravamo preoccupati circa la qualità dell'assistenza che le avrebbero potuto fornire in una RSA (struttura non per pazienti acuti) tenuto conto della complessità della patologia da cui mia moglie è affetta. Invece abbiamo potuto apprezzare la qualità, la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale di ogni livello, medici infermieri OSS ecc. Sono tutti sempre pronti e intervengono efficacemente nell'emergenza, direi quasi anche con affetto. Una esperienza molto positiva! Instead we could appreciate the quality, availability and kindness of the staff of each level, OSS nursing doctors etc. They are all always ready and intervene effectively in the emergency, I would say almost also with affection. Sono contenta, nonostante le difficoltà, di come si stato assistito. Magari un operatore in più durante i turni giornalieri eliminerebbero certe Mancanze, Molto buono anche l'aspetto sociale il coinvolgimento da parte del personale dell'animazione fatto Con pazienza e professionalità.. Ho avuto modo di frequentare anche gli incontri rivolti ai famigliari, sono molto utili. Peccato che le tariffe siano alte. g	giulia b on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto necessità di ricoverare entrambi i miei genitori contemporaneamente e nonostante siano rimasti un periodo non particolarmente lungo, ho avuto modo di riscontrare la disponibilità e la sensibilità da parte di tutto il personale, dall' amministrativo al medico, dalla reception agli infermieri, agli addetti ai reparti. Ho verificato di persona anche la pulizia e la competenza in quanto mi sono recata in struttura a orari e momenti della giornata diversi . Un grazie a tutti. Consiglio veramente la struttura, oltre ad essere moto curata in ogni dettaglio offre ai pazienti un personale qualificato e disponibile per assistere al meglio i degenti. Vengono organizzati incontri conviviale e spettacoli di intrattenimento. Oltre ad occuparsi dei pazienti danno assistenza anche ai parenti, per i quali non è certo facile prendere certe decisioni. Nei due mesi di ricovero di mio padre nell'edificio Santa Giulia ho trovato operatori, infermieri e fisioterapisti disponibili,professionali, gentili e davvero molto pazienti. Grazie anche all'ufficio accoglienza per il loro supporto e disponibilità. Excellent structure.
