★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo contattato l’assistenza rinnai perche il nostro scalda acqua faceva un rumore metallico. Son venuti subito, diagnosi: sostituzione. Preventivo 1.400€.
Peccato che lo scalda acqua 11i costi sul sito rinnai 545€ e il purificatore che hanno aggiunto 200€(ne avevamo gia uno ma han detto che questo era più efficiente). Epilogo!? Colti alla sprovvista abbiamo firmato e pagato un preventivo che non aveva alcuna voce dettagliata. Inutile dire che lo scalda acqua montato in UN’ORA è il modello più economico in circolazione e non c è confronto col precedente x portata e velocita.
We contacted the after-sales service because our water heater was making a metallic noise. They came right away, diagnosis: replacement. Estimate € 1,400.
Too bad that the 11i water heater costs on the site renewed € 545 and the purifier that added € 200 (we already had one but they said this was more efficient). Epilogue!? Caught off guard we signed and paid for a quote that didn't have any item details. It goes without saying that the water heater mounted in ONE HOUR is the cheapest model in circulation and there is no comparison with the previous one for flow rate and speed.
